The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable and breakfast was great!

Breakfast very good. Staff very friendly. Air con in room.
Evening meal was very disappointing. Half of my steak was fat and gristle and the other half was tough. Room tiny, bathroom huge.

Very friendly staff which was accommodating for any surprise. Really human touch like you do not experience often anymore … although probably this is why family owned companies have a hart and soul that one experiences.
And the food is also great. Both diner and breakfast.
The desk in the room is not so comfortable to work at. But that was compensated with just using the restaurant area. Instead.
