Good location but tiny room

Location, access to train and shops - the hotel is conveniently located to access all trains going to different parts of the city, There are alst several shops close by so it it handy.

Size of room - there was barely any space on the floor to put an open suitcase on the floor. With 2 people and 2 suitcases it becomes almost impossible to walk around the room or exit. It was not clear at all at the time of booking that the rooms would be so tiny.

My room on the 24th floor was small, dim and warm. It was below my expectation. I informed the front desk who graciously changed my room to a bigger room which was brighter and teh aircon was working.

Amazing service, location

Very very good. Especially there was one Korean manager, He helped greatly to find my wife’s lost teeth aligner. Price, location, bed, and view were all fantastic.

Easy access to transportation

Hard to find the entrance and reception at 19floor ! Too many other elevator !

Would choose to stay here again

Super convenient, right above the train line. Rooms are nice, enough room for a couple as we did not stay in the room much.

Rooms are expected to be smallish as is everywhere in Asia.

Nice night in Osaka

Location was superb. Hotel was near of everything. View from room was nice. Breakfest was very good. There was almost everything.

Great location for a short trip

The hotel is directly located in the Osaka Station. It is especially great when you're only for a short time in Osaka as you can reach everything quickly by train/subway.

The room was pretty small, but totally fine for a short trip.

It was great and I highly recommend it.

The rooms are small, but that's expected of Japan. If you are traveling with 4 people or more, definitely book separate rooms. The location is unbeatable. It's right above the Osaka station (the main station). We did not even have to go out of the station to get to the hotel, There are about 4-5 big malls connected to the hotel/station. Two out of six days when we were there it was raining. We did not even have to go outside to find great food and things to do as every mall has great restaurant selections.

No fun, no frills- all about location!

Stay at this hotel for its location. Once you figure out how to get out of the train station, it is literally on top of the train station.

The place offers just enough of what you need. No frills, nothing special, just basics. The building feels “Casino like”.

Love!

The location is very excellent, in the center of Osaka City. The room is very clean, maids clean-up the room everyday. The city view is exceed my expectation... quiet and beautiful. The transportation is very comfortable. We can reach the hotel by taxi, jr train, and subway. The hotel's underground has many food and sweet shop, restaurant, 711, Donki and department store (Daimaru and Eki Marche). We stayed at the hotel about 6 nights with 3 years old kids. Booked from Booking.com also provide a free ride (taxi) from the airport to hotel. The hotel is very suit for the family that have a little kids, easy to go to anywhere and have everything you need under the hotel.

There will be much better if there’s coin laundry for longer stays.

Good for solo traveller, not for couple with luggage

Lovely view from room.

Very old room and facilities. Room was tiny and not good for two people. Only place to store second suitcase, using luggage stand, would have blocked the entrance door. Couldn't find entrance from JR lines that had a lift or escalator. Not sure why it was rated 4 stars.

Pleasant

The location is great, inside the Osaka station and the staff are very kindly.

The bed is small and the room is so outdated, there are other options for hotels in the same price range, newer and nearby.

Excellent location nice hotel

The Location is excellent right in the Osaka station. All of the staff i have encountered was very friendly and provide excellent service
