the best staff very helpfull and polite
the only major issue for us was the lack of a spa facility

Breakfasts were great, location thanks to “limo” transport good, food generally excellent, great wine. And they washed my car!!!
Wellness facilities were missing, bathroom does not correspond even to lower level of accommodation - no separate toillet, no bidet, no shower!

Breakfast menu and service were generally good though there was no buffet because of Covid. Covid precautions were applied sensibly by the hotel and staff.
Hotel staff were helpful producing ski passes.

Perfect place to stay and relax. Amazing restaurant with guest wine list. Very pleasant staff and fantastic service.
