A gorgeous palm tree view is waiting for you and your family on Dataw Island. Sleeping four, Bluff Villa 2014 is a two bedroom, two bathroom home, perfectly situated overlooking the marsh and tidal creek. Guests can get their beauty rest in one of the two bedrooms: the first featuring a queen-sized bed located on the top floor and the second, two twins located on the main level. The twin bedroom also includes a private bath. The living room is the perfect place to gather after a long day, offering a flat-screen television with plenty of seating. A gas log fireplace provides a quick way to dispel the morning and evening chill in the late fall and winter, and is operational from November through February. Enjoy cooking in the fully-equipped and newly remodeled kitchen, including both large and small appliances for your convenience. Dine as a group at the four-person table with additional seating found at the counter. A gas grill is also provided for your convenience. Settle into one of four chairs on the deck to end your day and listen to the soft sounds of the coastal wildlife as the sun sinks below the horizon. Bluff Villa 2014 is the perfect retreat to relax and let the peaceful scenery recharge your mind. Or be active and enjoy playing golf on one of the two 18-hole golf courses on the island. This home is perfectly located within walking distance to some of the great Dataw Island amenities like the fitness center, indoor and outdoor pool and restaurant. This home is also located 10 miles from Downtown Beaufort, 18 miles from Parris Island and 16 miles to Hunting Island State Park. A washer and dryer are provided along with free Wi-Fi. *Please be advised that this home has a 2-car maximum. Resort access requires a car pass to enter. Information for this entry pass should be gathered at booking or a minimum of 14 days before arrival. As our gift to you for booking with us, we offer free admission to select Sea Islands and Beaufort attractions. Called the Xplorie Program, our guests will receive one free adult admission ticket, per night stay, to attractions like the Kazoo Factory and a free kayak rental. It’s our way of saying, “Thanks!” Please note that guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. *This home will allow small, adult, non-shedding behaved dogs for an additional fee per pet, plus tax. Beautifully area to visit and the villa was great! We were having trouble with our toaster and someone from the management team brought a new one right over. Very responsive!

Good location, house needs some work: Very stale smelling the whole time we were there, couches were very old and dirty that might have been part of the smell problem. not enough blankets, needed suitcase stand (s) in downstairs bedroom, Put cover on storage space under stairs,

We one property on Dataw and will be building soon. We stayed in this villa for two weeks in September/October. It was clean and just perfect. As always we enjoyed are time on Dataw.

We live on Dataw. It’s fantastic. However, our home is too small for many visitors. Having these villas for overflow is awesome. Our family loved being on island with us. The villa was perfect. The amenities are terrific. They played golf and bocce, used the gym at our community center, rode around in the golf carts to the marina and had a blast!

Basic 2 bedroom, minimal upgrades. No extra amenities or packages to local attractions offered. IE, Beach Passes, Bikes.

We wanted to see what Dataw was all about—as a possible retirement location for us. Our expectations were exceeded in every way. The villa itself was lovey — clean and nicely decorated. We got to golf and go hit the pool. The residents could not have been any nicer. Highly recommend—For a visit or a future homestead. We loved it and hope to become residents one day.

Mother and Daughters Weekend Away
My daughters and I came for a quite weekend away. We truly enjoyed out time at the villa. My husband and I have stayed many time and knew this would be the perfect place for my daughters and I to get away, and it was!

Nice and quiet
The condo was very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the quick access to Hunting Island as well as downtown Beaufort. My kids loved the pool as well as searching for alligators in the ponds. All of the staff and locals were beyond kind. We loved our stay and we would definitely come back again.😊

The community is lovely for morning walks. We were visiting family so we’re out most of the day. The home was clean and worked well for the two of us. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen looked well stocked if you wanted to eat in. Easy trip to town, PI or Hunting Island.

The location was perfect. Our family enjoyed the trip. However the queen bed needs a mattress pad...gelnpad or something...it's very hard and uncomfortable.

Perfect retreat
I loved the location, sitting on the back deck with a cup of coffee was like being in a bird sanctuary. The house was very very comfortable and welcoming. I felt totally at ease. The kitchen was well equipped and I was able to find everything I needed to cook meals over the week. I would HIGHLY recommend this retreat to anyone looking for a relaxing time in the Low Country.

Nice property
Really nice property in a great community. Perfect for a week’s get away. The only downside would be the cleaning folks left the outside trash cans full from previous guests so most of the trash was walked across the parking lot into the overflow. Upstairs was way too hot, but you can’t control the weather and heatwave. My wife grew up 5 miles away from the property so we’ll be back when we visit her parents again. Thanks for a great stay.

Fisherman's dream
Steps away from a dock on the creek-- we enjoyed fishing and watching dolphins as the tide came in. This condo is in a beautiful gated community with a rich plantation history and amazing golf courses. I do wish the VRBO listed had been updated to note that the pool was closed to renters due to COVID19. I understand, but search specifically for that amenity. That was our only disapointment.

Great location for us as golfers. Very Nice and kitchen was stocked well, but would like to have had a non stick skillet. Decorated and kept very nice. Would suggest the twin mattress to be updated, we would have preferred queen bed. Great Place!
