PLEASE NOTE: There is a Mandatory Cleaning fee of $40 paid directly to the Hotel on the day of check-out. Units are not pre-stocked with Dishware and cookware. Dishware and cookware is delivered based on request and you may dial to front desk to have dishware/cookware delivered (No hidden charges for resort fees taxes or parking.) Located in the Signature MGM Luxury Condo complex, 3rd Tower, 37th floor. our 1 Bedroom, 2 bath Balcony unit is very clean and well maintained. Free Parking (due to COVID if parking is full you can park at MGM parking lot for free) and no Resort fees. Luxury condo with unforgettable Mountain & Partial Strip Views from your private balcony. For your guests, a queen sofa bed in the separate living room with its own bath. Great space to relax and unwind from the hustles of the strip and casinos. The building has an easy walkway (moving sidewalks) to the MGM and is just a short 1 block walk out the building to miracle mile shops/Strip. This is a very popular hotel. Check in process is the same as a hotel. You do have to be 21+ to check in. Please check in at the front desk just like a hotel. Please have a valid Credit or Debit Card & ID for incidentals when you check in. Incidentals will be a $100 per night, $300 max. Incidentals are for charge back privileges or in case of any damages to the suite. As long as no damages or charges, that will be released upon checking out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the MGM signature. The views from the balcony and bedroom were amazing; loved the sphere! Very clean room and bonus was the jetted tub. Tanner was very helpful and answered all of my questions through the booking process. Would definitely return and recommend to others!

We loved our stay at the MGM signature. The view was amazing, the room was clean and we loved the secluded feeling of the Signature. The jetted tub was a huge bonus after long days of walking. We never needed to contact the listing owner while we were there but did contact him prior to our stay and he responded very quickly.
The room is a bit dated and could use a new light fixture and dining chairs but it didn’t affect our stay nor is that really a big deal to us.
We would definitely return and stay in the same room again!!

Room was incredibly nice but the balcony felt like it could have used a chair or a higher railing. Pretty high up but everything was great

Great condo
This condo was one of the best we've stayed at. The location was far enough from the strip for a relaxing, peaceful atmosphere but close enough for fun. Communication was excellent.

The condo was just as advertised. Communication with Tanner was great. The staff at the property were wonderful. It is a walk to get through the property to the strip, so bring good walking shoes, and I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! We loved our room. The best parts were the views from personal balcony. The shower and jet tub was also another treat. It was a nice romantic stay. Very cozy!

My husband and I had the best time staying at this very nice, clean and quiet condo off the strip. Easy to get back and forth to all the action and have a nice place to head back to for rest and relaxation! Very nicely appointed condo with nice views to look out at. The only thing missing were wine glasses, and I maybe could have asked for some. We had a great time going to the new stadium and watching the Raider game, and went to some amazing shows and restaurants!
We will definitely be back!

Luxurious, Relaxing, Convenience, Great View
Property is extremely spacious, luxurious and relaxing! Near everything! Best place to enjoy a romantic get away! Our host was always ready to answer questions! Easy rental experience, checked on availability, Tanner got back to me within an hour I was booked!
Check out was easy peasy and very quick!

Great rental in MGM Complex
We really loved our stay at this property. The views were amazing from the PH terrace...you can see the planes take off and land without the noise, and the facilities at MGM Signature/Grand are top notch with some great restaurants all within walking distance... everything is right there. The monorail leaves from MGM too, so another plus for an easy way to see some of the resorts. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Check out the gourmet coffee shop in Tower 2 before you waste lots of time on the Starbucks line, delicious! Some of the best state park vista's you'll ever see just a short drive away, so don't miss them. Overall, great stay... although if you're an out of shape senior or someone with walking problems, Tower 3, even with the moving walkway, could become tedious for you on a longer stay, but, then again, walking comes with the territory in Vegas, lots of it!

Lovely hotel, just not clean
We loved this hotel and the location. We knew there would be a small walk to the casino (in tower 3, the farthest from it), but we didn’t mind. We were also sad that the valet was not working most of the time and we had to go to a different tower, along with the pool being closed (and having to go to another one). We were also dissatisfied with the cleaning done, but we were so tired and had to wait an extra hour to check. When we got up to the room, housekeeping still was not done. There were streamers attached to the walls from the previous guests and lots of dust. This is not a reflection on the owner though! He was very communicative and easy to schedule with.

Very happy with my stay once again. The bed wasn't the comfiest but not horrible. Everything else was great. Thoroughly enjoyed the space, it was very enjoyable.

Vegas Baby
Took my daughter and her friends for her 21st Bday...great location, could walk to the strip, but even when we took.a taxi it was cheap! Loved the place we stayed too!

Our penthouse was clean. Overall room upkeep was very nice. Comfortable and plenty of room for all four of us. Room was very quiet as well. Would recommend for 1 to 4 guest.
