Nice ant quite place. Very strategic to visit Rügen ans Stralsund.

Studio's are nice and as advertised on the pictures. All functional, clean and even has a small dishwasher in the kitchenette. Very comfortable beds. Option to rent bicyles on site, which is great.

The male host/owner's attitude lacks basic hospitality skills and is not guest minded. On departure day, just opened the door and marched into our studio with a hoover without knocking - A clear sign of kicking us out. Side note: there was no arrival for our studio on this day (verified with him before) When picking up our stored luggage, my daughter was not allowed to use the public restroom anymore (Reply: Only for house guests!!!) We just spend 4 nights there and paid over EURO 500....wow, I was so shocked by his reply.

Easy to find. Were allowed to check - in until 9pm. Spotless clean studio. Comfortable bed. Well-equipped small kitchen. Towels were changed after one week. Plenty of parking spaces. Good WiFi connection. Quite area, great sleeping.

Only minor things. Glassy door to the bathroom which faces the bed. This might be bothersome. No light in the room except the small bed table lights, not suitable for reading in the late evening. Would be nice to have spared trash bags.
