Always a great location and not a lot of traffic which is nice.

We love the location, property is clean. The place is just the right size and I love the fact it doesn't cost an entire month's salary to rent.

The rooms that directly face the sun could use some blackout curtains and the bathrooms do not have any place to hang towels other than the shower curtain rod...bathrooms could use some towel racks.

Great stay!

Beach access right across the street! Pool was a good temperature with plenty of seats around to relax. Room was clean, cozy, and nicely updated! Pet friendly!

Exceptional

Location and the space in our room. Had a wonderful time, maintenance man and house keeping were beyond amazing!!! Our softball team is looking into renting next year!

Nice stay not to crowded of an area.

Very close to the beach. Walk across the street and you are there. Nice area, would stay here again.

The location of the house was good. It was really easy to get to the beach. It was not crowded.

For the purpose of renovations, the office was closed so I was contacting through text message. When I had a problem and texted the office, the replies were slow.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The pool was decent. There were some plates, bowls, utensils and cookware which I appreciated. Bed was somewhat comfortable. I loved how close it was to the beach.

The room was very small and crowded with a smaller than expected kitchen. The bathroom was small as well with only a shower. I was hoping to have a bathtub. Also, there wasn't any hooks or racks to hang wet towels and clothes except for one small towel rack by the shower that only fit one towel. The floor was sandy with no rug to wipe feet before getting in the bed or inside the door. The remote was difficult to figure out and the volume didn't work on the remote. Asethically the room was lacking.

Ignore the bad reviews

Everything was perfect. I was skeptical about the place at first because there's no office and because of certain reviews but this place is perfect. One complaint was the water wasn't hot. We had to turn it to cold because it got to hot. Loved it!! One complaint was bugs, we did see a few but it was like flying ants and water bugs. We always bring bug spray no matter where we stay so. The kitchen was equipped with your basic needs and I loved how they had coffee and filters already. Nice!! There are no bowls or plates just so you know to bring some. The staff was friendly, the pool was nice, the location was perfect and the beach access was right in front. The beds aren't the most comfortable but it made due. We'll bring a topper next time but we're okay with that. They have free WiFi which my friend and the kids loved. This place is nice. They are working on the rooms upgrading them so bare with them. Altogether it's a nice place. Oh they have grills your able to use with full propane tanks.

Loved It and I would give them 10 stars for the Safety and Security they actually had a Security

The staff number 1 customer service. The Safety and Security cannot be beat.. The location was perfect just a very short walk to the beach. The rooms were very nice and Amazingly Beautiful Courtyard with a balcony on the very top 🤩🤩🤩🤩 We really enjoyed our Stay..

The price was a little higher than expected but we do understand it was July 4th. Still your prices are unbeatable

Disappointing

The location was good. Water was closed during our stay.

Did not get room information till couple hours of arriving. Had called, texted & left voicemail with no response. No one come by to see if we needed anything. Had to send a message about getting clean towels. Never got floors swept with being at beach & Had to take hour own garbage out.

There was a lot of mold in the bathroom. The kitchen stove was not even cleaned nor did the oven work for the stove. The refrigerator was disgusting the bed had blood on it so we slept on our own blankets and pillows over theirs. We tried calling the office but never could get any one to pick up the phone

It was a nice relaxing couple days with my son. We enjoyed our time love that was so close to the beach. The unit was ni

I love the location.

The bathroom had mold in ceiling. No bath soap , shampoo or hair dryer was provided . The courtyard was not very inviting . A pile of sheets laid on the walkway all weekend . Random bits of trash also. I have stayed several times here in the past tens years . This visit was a disappointment.

Seriously! Unsanitary......

Courtyard was nice upstairs Sunday nice. And inside kitchen okay.

Never saw staff at all. Found out people were washing my dishes and putting them up before I got there other than your staff. That is unsanitary with the pandemics we have, it helps spread diseases.Most people do not know how to clean and sterilize eating utensils, that's your Responsibility.. I rinsed what I used and left in the sink for sterilization which is what you should be doing. The Terraza floors need to be cleaned up very stained looked dirty not to mention the shower floor tile looks so nasty it was like blood on it, but not... That was a big downfall in my stay until rectified I will not stay there anymore... Cleanliness is the way to Happiness...................... P.S I didn't take time to take pictures of how bad it was I just made due because I was stuck with the bill or I would have left the very next day. The six days were not worth the drop in price if you ask me.... you took a chance on my health and my families because you have no idea what sanitation and cross-contamination mean I wish you better luck in the future you are taking care of people do the right thing not the cheap...
