Very beautiful place to stay

Surrounding the villa was very spacious Clean

I was very happy with the view of ocean and outside setting and the villa very comfortable

a nice short break

The resort was located in a central to all shops coffee places and hotel.

A mix up with rooms booking in, however this was fixed

Passable

Breakfast was not included and the restaurant on site was closed which was a big disappointment as we were not advised.

Restaurant closed. Advised beach was close, but could not walk there, had to drive. Building old and needed updating

It was great

Self Catering so no breakfast - the property was great, had all we needed.

Blinds were all wonky and didnt open or close properly. The house was pretty cold - with no option for a heater etc.

I think the unit could of been cleaner and a mat at the front door to stop sand and wet feet but overall it was fantastic

Good location. Bed was comfortable.

No air conditioning. Uncomfortable lounge chairs. So hot ceiling fans were so slow. Outdoor area not clean, rubbish and leaves and dirt. Broken glass in pool area cut my foot.

Endless Aussie ocean views

We absolutely loved the beach & ocean view apartment and it was definitely worth spending a bit more to have that view to wake up to. The layout was fantastic with two separated rooms upstairs, and a big kitchen and even separate toilet downstairs. But it's that terrace with the endless ocean view that will leave you mesmerized. Staff were super friendly! You're not right next to the beach, a 10min walk, but it's worth being up high to experience that view. The only difficulty you will have is deciding who will have the room with the view!

Good until horrible service maintaining unnauthorised service charges are ok.

I liked location and the pool access.

There are no baby gate facilities even though they ask about age of children and accept 2 year old as ok. We had to use the mattress as a baby gate, and when supplied a ‘baby gate’ it was a flimsy rotten wood one that would potentially be lethal. We were charged 100 dollars for a broken safety wire that snapped at a duct tape join. I.e. not safe. We also were charged (as part of the 100) for cleaning that was outside of what the terms and cs specify. This is rated as a resort, and basic cleaning cannot be charged for.

A little more care from maintenance team would go far.

Great location, nice and quite spot. Very friendly staff.

Though our apartment had been just renovated, most of the flyscreens had big hole in them, the main bedroom had to be covered with towel to keep mossies and flies out. Found roaches in the downstairs room, i am fine with roaches but wife and baby think its unacceptable. Carpet upstairs had hair and bracelet beads. Found used razor blade next to the bible in one of the bedroom bedside drawers and it was pretty scary for wife.

Very good

The town house was really nice and clean.

We didn't like the fact that we booked for 7 days however there was only toiletry stuff for only 2 days. There was nothing in the room about WiFi or how to work the TV channels.

I was sad leaving, I want to come back, solo next time so I can really enjoy what Straddie has to offer.

Incredible views, awesome kitchen, comfortable bed, up to date furnishings, private back courtyard and upstairs/ downstairs toilet.

The restaurant (not part of the resort but located on same grounds) was only open one evening and impossible to ph or make online reservations. I had to physically approach the kitchen staff and request a booking. Very unprofessional. I have nothing negative to say about Pandanus Palms, it was perfect for me!

Enjoyable enough but disappointed in the state of the unit.

Good layout with 2 sitting rooms with a lovely deck. Unit has easily accessibility and beds were comfortable.

Unit 2 was extremely dirty. The oven and bbq were absolutely disgusting bordering unhygienic. There was food left in oven, on plates, saucepans and even cups put straight back into the cupboard unwashed. The whole unit needs to be updated and maintained better. Main ensuite had a leaky cold tap that spilled water all over the vanity and when we arrived there was a distinct pee smell. There were no fly screens and no aircon. There were also sand in the lounge and rug in the TV room. (a Cleaner problem) Also no water view as advertised.

Lovely large spacious apartment

Large spacious apartment with good facilities.

New owners, so some teething issues with check in process and getting hold of the wifi password. Curtain pole in one of the bedrooms was loose and came off its bracket.Would prefer duvets rather than just bedsheets as there is no air conditioning. Also the hot water cuts out in the late evening.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our holiday & would definitely choose to stay at Pandanus again.

perfect location, clean, staff were lovely. views were amazing. 4wd beach access very close by. We are definitely keen to stay there again.

on site restaurant is not what you would consider child friendly. Car parking isn’t fabulous for larger vehicles.
