Ski and fun

It was very close to the center, so you don't have to worry about parking, you can go by foot. It was relatively close to the gondola. The breakfast was amazing! The spa has sauna and jacuzzi, that was ok.

The room and the bathroom were tiny. We were 3 people and had no privacy. The shower was above the toilet.

Very close to both the old center and the new center of the town!Well-working sauna and jacuzzi facilities!Decent amount of space inside the room with good kitchen facilities.

great central stay

very good location, rooms are ok, very pretty yard and also they have breakfast. The staff is very nice :). and you can park just in front of the building!! there is a ski room and fridge in the room.

The breakfast is not so rich, but for us was just perfect. Roms are not luxurious, but they g have everything you need, including a fridge. So nothing that I didn’t like. 👍🏻

Good and clean, but not worth going back. Or maybe i wasnt lucky 🙂

Location near city centre and ski lift.

Our room with 3 beds had no toilet. The toilet was outside the room. indeed with a key and private access, but still, on the hallway outside our room. the breakfast was Swedish buffet but poor in options.

Perfect location and very comfortable stay

the location was great. the guest house was a lovely quaint Bulgarian accommodation which was very nice. Dimitri was very nice and helpful and always available for you. the breakfast was lovely and varied.

Clean. Nice breakfast and spa facilities.

No hot water at night, bad WiFi signal, medium room temperature, a bit uncomfortable room for 5 people.

Week stay for snowboarding

Dimitri was a very helpful and welcoming host to all of our group and runs the hotel very well. The use of the sauna facilities was lovely at the end of a full day on the slopes.

Great place in Bansko

We really enjoyed our stay. Dimitri and his wife are great hosts. Nice restaurant and spa. Beautiful garden.

A better coffee would be nice.
