Todo. Hotel muy descuidado,, habitaciones antiguas sin remodelación hace años. Los baños muy antiguos y faltos de limpieza. Las camas aun peor. Mi triste lo que es el hotel para lo que cobran. Si en verdad publicitaran la realidad del hotel no voy ni gratis. Su nivel de calidad es de 0

Won't stay there again. Pay a little more for a much nicer place in El Poblado.

Service was fine

The facilites were run down. The room smelled lake stale cigarettes. The bathtub was chipped. There were very few towels. The whole place just felt dumpy

They don’t allowed to have guest in your room I do pay $80 for a friend to come in for 1 hour :/

always pleasant, never bad, just could use a couple tweeks here and there...

breakfast is probably thier weakest link.. very simple, basic, etc,(almost bland at times, so thank God for Starbucks nearbye) but they do try to cover all the basics for breakfast.. the hotel has alot of dark mahogany business style decor, always clean and neat, pretty helpful staff below.. the restaurant has some good options to be fair, but not enough to keep me there every day and night.. but, many of the dishes are cooked very well with many different (ethnic) options available to everyone..the wait staff in the restaurant can either be on spot if you are the only one in the restaurant, or be prepared for waiting for things that you may need during your stay in the restaurant if there is more than 3-4 tables at the same time.. it is not the chef as much as it is the staff seemingly going brain dead..There are sooooo many toursits there that prefer good service aswe get in the states, so the expectation is high, and the staff just may not be trained appropriately..the hotel is not in my fav. part of poblado, but a short walk (5 minutes) to the main streets that give alot more options(especially at night), and of course a taxi ride is always inexpensive when in medellin..no pool, not much of a gym, so it has some limitations, but otherwse clean orderly, and pleasant..one elevator per tower, but for some reason, even when fully booked, that does not seem to be a long wait to get elevator service. the ladies for check in are always super kind and professional, and Alejandro the bell hop speak fluent English and makes everything you need as a tourist easier to achieve

again,.. probably the super boring breakfast, untrained wait staff in the restaurant,, not much else to say on this matter

Quiet great hotel close to bars and restaurants in Poblado

Breakfast was awesome and staff so friendly, especially Daniella! Room was spacious and quiet, cool enough with the heatwave outside. Room service was great, staff at the reception very polite and ready to help.

Room looked a bit old, the couch was very used and a bit teared up. Can be improved and a bit modernized.

Great local place with classy feel and great amenities.

Wonderful local property with plenty of rooms. Friendly and professional staff. Open air breakfast is great even when it’s rainy. Food was very good. Lots of places within walking distance.

The internet is a little spotty. I wish they had a better and more reliable internet service. Would also be great if there was an onsite ATM.

I would certainly stay there again

The room was very comfortable, the hotel is extremely well located: a few minutes walk to Calle 10 but out of the range from the noise and hustle & bustle of Calle 10 and Leead Park. Both the dining Room and covered patio where breakfast is served are very good looking, and the food is delicious. For breakfast try the Arepas de Chocolo: run it through the toaster twice and then spread either butter or dulce de crema. Top with Quesito and enjoy!

The location is great. The rooms are large, and clean. There is free breakfast.

The hotel restaurant isn't as good as the local restaurants nearby, and is much more expensive.

Breakfast was only adequate although wait staff was helpful. Only a few guests at property and food was put out late and put away early. Room service was prompt

Great as I expected from past stays.

The staff is great, proximity to restaurants and the nightlife is within real walking distance. The price is also attractive.

The furniture in some rooms is a little outdated and could be replaced by a more modern classical look.

it was a cozy, quite. safe and perfect area to stay as a couple.

the breakfast and staff was great as well as the gym.

Excellent location, great service, nice price from a former 5-star hotel

The hotel is in an excellent location. It still holds much of its former glory as a 5-star hotel. The service was excellent, the breakfast included was delicious. We only used the laundry service which was excellent and the front desk staff was always attentive to our needs.

It lacks some upkeep. When we were here 13 years ago there was beautiful jewelry on display in the cases of the hotel on the ground level. This time they were empty and looked abandoned. They had replaced the toilet seat in the room with cheap plastic seats. The tub had some damage and should be repaired. The closet was inside the bathroom which we found weird. The classic furniture looked old but remained functional.
