Very cosy and warm flat for the cold days, with all the amenities you need. The kitchen was very well equipped. The property is well kept and very nice with a nice garden (the pictures do not give credit). Super friendly staff and made us welcome, with lots of extra attention as we were travelling with a small kid.

The beds were a little old and there was no dishwasher for a flat for 6, but these were really minor inconveniences.

Recommendations for this accommodation. We booked 4 days and extended for another 3 days. Great hosts. The water in the pool is great and everything around the pool is clean. The property is surrounded by meadows where we ran Dobermans.

The complex is amazing, lovely place to relax and disconnect from everything. Extremely clean and with lovely people. very good location where you can reach spoleto and city around in minutes.

Quite place with magnificent view, perfectly situated to visit Spoleto. Very kind and helpfull host.

Pool and garden with playground were great. Nicely situated on the valley floor with views of the surrounding hills, very central to all things in the north end of Val Umbra. Great staff, peaceful setting, very relaxing. Would go back!

Kitchen was good, but the utensil/pots and pans, etc. were pretty spartan. One of the sofas was sort of busted, seemed like it was involved in a teenager wrestling match. Property was indicated as two bathrooms, but was in fact 1.5 baths. Were were only three adults so wasn't an issue, but for a larger group might be an issue.

We stayed over Christmas with the whole property to ourselves, and it was a magical experience. We were very kindly greeted and there was grass for our dog to enjoy. Wonderful place, and the small kitchenette in a closet was enough for our Christmas dinner, with even a dishwasher present. It was great! Also, it was very easy to heat up - which isn' always the case. Great job on comfort.

Location is good

Room smelled of smoke. Very old furniture and kitchen. Very limited cleaning supplies but if you don’t clean you get a fine 😶. apartment wasn’t exactly cosy, very basic and rundown.
