First of all the Host Saffi was great. We had some questions and the response time and answers were quick. The place was spacious and accommodated our family of 7 quite nice. The pool was smaller then expected and had some staining that made it look rough, I think the picture was taken at just the right angle to make it look bigger, but none the less we used it and it was fine. The only big issue was the security gate to get into the property. You are given a QR code to scan and the thing barely worked. Always a line of people waiting for the gate to rise and people getting out to help others, it was a cluster especially getting back from the parks at 10 and all you want to do is get in and you can't! I did message Saffi and was given another QR code that worked much better, but still some issues. Overall descent place to stay, close to the Disney parks and can accomdate a lot of people and everyone had their own bathroom :)

We very much enjoyed our stay. The only thing that was frustrating was we had paid for the heater on the hot tub but it was cold when we arrived and we had to call in to get it started and wait for it to warm. It must have gone off each day because it was cold again each day. The one day, we just didn't use it and the other day we had to wait for it to heat after calling in again. Not sure why that kept happening but if they needed us to call to reset it each day, it would have been nice to have been told that so we could have called earlier and had it started and warm when we arrived. Great house though.

Everything was amazing the response time everything was amazing It was like on the picture is that the only other ingredient is the AC policy. It was very hot and you couldn’t adjust AC.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this place. Paying the extra cost for the pool to be heated was definitely worth it. So nice to have a warm place to swim and soak in the hot tub even after coming back from the parks. A couple tips: the shuttle that runs from the main office to the parks has a very odd schedule. You have to book it the morning of your day into the park at the main office. It doesn’t leave for Disney until 8:45am. We all felt like that was too late to get into the park, so we ended up taking an Uber into the park every day. The late return times are 9:50 and 10:40p. It was honestly tough to line up our departure time with when the bus was coming back. So again we ended up taking an Uber back to the house every night but one. Now the good new is an Uber XL was only about $25 each way so it wasn’t too bad. Still cheaper than renting a car. You’ll just want to add the rides into your budget. An earlier commenter warned that you’ll need to make sure you’ve got extra toilet paper and dishwasher soap if you have a big group. You can buy these items in the main office shop that they have there on site. We really enjoyed our stay here would recommend anyone to stay here too.

The house was perfect for our needs with a downstairs bedroom and 5 more upstairs. The Star Wars and Frozen rooms were nicely decorated and the little ones enjoyed playing and staying in the Frozen room.
A/C was nice and the house temperature was great.
Kitchen had all the amenities needed to cook meals.
The pool in the backyard was nice….the door to the outside had a pool alarm so if the door was opened without “pushing” the button, an alarm would go off. Also, if the door remained open too long, the alarm would sound. This made us feel very comfortable with little ones in the house that can open doors.
The only thing I think would be helpful would be a larger Trashcan in the kitchen. The one there was probably a 7 gallon size and didn’t hold much.
Location to the parks and grocery stores was great.
We did have a smoke detector that “beeped” and need a battery replaced Sunday late afternoon. We called the management company and they were there within 30 minutes to replace the battery.
Definitely would stay here again!

The property was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots/pans/ dishes, etc. However, there was a minimal amount of toilet paper, soap, trash bags, etc. You need to bring ALL of those types of items yourself. They basically have one day of disposable supplies- if you are staying longer than that you need to bring your own stock. All of that was disappointing but doable. However, there were two big disappointments-- the internet and air conditioning. The internet did NOT work when we arrived and when we reported it we were told that it was past helping hours so we would have to wait until the morning. However, my daughter had some work she had to finish that evening so we called the management company and they finally sent someone out around 10 pm to fix it. Two days later it went out again and they had to send someone to fix it again. This is because the router was locked in a closet and we could not access it-- even though the directions said the router was in the hall closet. They forgot to mention it was a locked hall closet. This also meant the internet TV stations did not work. However, the topper was the air conditioning. It quit one afternoon and the management company sent someone out to fix it and we thought it was fixed. Around midnight we realized it was hot hot hot again. They sent someone out to fix it at midnight, but they could not fix it and said they would return in the morning. They finally came out the next afternoon, after several text messages from me, and they fixed it. But in general the house was hot-- you were NOT allowed to turn the AC below 72 because it would freeze and they stated they would charge you the repair fees if you did. Even in September the temperature in Florida was in the 90s-- so a hot house, with 14 people in it, was no fun. I would not recommend this house- the internet and air conditioning are two basic requirements for a house in today's world. This house did not measure up- especially for the price we paid.

Family vacation
Great family vacation! The house was great and the kids loved the waterpark and the adults loved the amenities. Plenty of space for our party of 10. Communications with the owner was always timely and very helpful. Thank you for helping make our family vacation a memorable one!

Family reunion
Our family was my husband and I, three adult children, their spouses and their children (our grandchildren). Our grandkids are 4 boys, two girls and a baby. The bedroom situation fit us perfectly, except the bedroom downstairs did not have a private bath. The air conditioning was not working at all when we arrived. It took several days to figure that out, and the last day it quit again. The pool was not working correctly when we moved in, either. The maintenance pool person had to come back with a part to fix it, so we couldn't use it for that day. The on site property management was very good and responded quickly every time. It was not clear in your add that not purchasing pool heat meant the spa would not heat up, either. Who ever heard of a hot tub not coming with heat? The 2 dishwashers were wonderful! I think that the furnace/ AC and pool should have been in working order when we moved in.

With our young ladies being teenagers having the separate dining room was cool; otherwise, it would be a little tight having everyone eating near the kitchen. The pool was nice, it would have been better if they had dining setup out there as well. Outside of the pool there isn't much for young people to do at the house. So be creative. We played games after dinner. Now let's talk about how Great this clubhouse is. The game room is small but for smaller kids they will love it. The waterpark is awesome (check the hours of operation beforehand). We preferred the pool bar/restaurant. But upstairs restaurant was good as well.

Questions & Themed rooms
Owner answered all questions promptly. Home a little close to highway so a little noisy. The frozen room didn't have Ana and Elsa on the walls as shown in pics. Entrance gate leaves a lot to be desired. Traffic backed up a lot, I think this is due to guests not understanding how to use the machine. However, we had a great time.

What a great find! The home was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. This is the first home we've stayed in that had enough dishes/silver for all and 2 dishwashers!! There were plenty of towels including large beach towels for swimming. The beds were comfortable! The hot tub/pool combo was a huge favorite and used everyday by all the family. Pay for the heat, it's totally worth it and worked well even one night when temps dipped to 40. Called prop management once as there were burned out bulbs in kitchen, patio, pool and hot tub. They were responsive and sent someone out the next day, for all but the pool lights.
This home is a great value compared to some of the others as it includes use of the resort water park/amenities with the reservation! The kids loved this home/resort as much as they loved Disney.
A couple of tips -
-Have your driver's license and property info. ready for first gate check-in as there will be cars lined up. Get your guest card/s from the resort office asap for easy entrance to gates and resort.
-Prepare for traffic on Wilson/entrance to be backed up all the time. Wish the city did more to make the entrance to association and crosswalk safer - witnessed accident first day. Location is close to all the attractions, but Orlando traffic is like no other. Frequent back-ups and daily accidents.
-Don't buy k-cups as there is no Keurig as pictured. It is a regular coffee maker.
-There are groups that rent these homes to party and you'll hear them. We didn't call, but when talking with the security that came to the neighbors from another call, they told us to call them if we hear parties. That's what they're there for.
All in all a great place. Highly recommend!!

Trip was planned to go to Disney, but due to the rain we opted out! That did not stop the fun! The children enjoyed the house, and most definitely the pool and Jacuzzi. Property manager was absolutely wonderful. Helped with things outside of the home. Overall great stay!

Family Time
A wonderful getaway with my family. The kids loved the themed rooms, beds were comfortable, water pressure in the shower was good as well. The kids club house, and the water park were amazing. The owners we very helpful throughout, everything we needed was brought to us without hesitation. Looking forward to planning another stay.

Traveling with a large family to Disney? Stay here!
What a wonderful weekend! Our group of 7 adults and 4 children stayed at this property in January, and it was our best Disney experience to date! Everyone had their own room (with king beds) and bathroom, the kids adored their themed rooms and the hot tub and pool were an added bonus! The home was as advertised and perfect for our family. The Encore Resort was also very convenient with a full water park, delicious restaurant (Finn’s) and free shuttles to the park. We had an easy breezy weekend and even enjoyed a late check-out, thanks to the super responsive and accommodating owner. Thanks for a beautiful stay. We will be back!

Mold and property in bad shape very close to main road
We stayed here for a few days the end of December 2019. We found the place to be very used. Carpet stained. One bed room smelled of foul like feces. The pantry smalled like food and been rotting in there for some time. The outdoor coushions were convered in black mold. The pool heat did not work despite us paying for it and a tech coming out to try and fix it. Anna and Elsa were peeling and falling off the walls. The fry pans were warped and almost unusable. The front gate key card only worked one day that we were there. The home is right next to a major road and there was almost always a 10-20 minute wait just to get into the community. The long wait caused passer byes to honk their horns all night long. Other then that the property was lovely. We have stayed at other homes with in the encore resort that were much nicer and in a better location. We have received no refunds or discounts despite contacting the Mangement company Jeeves and the owner directly.

Nice place
This is a nice home the owners were responsive to our no wifi no signal to the TVs issue for our first two days. Though the management company Jeeves need customer service training.
It is time for just some painting touch ups as the walls show spots and the dining room chairs are cream and with many family gatherings it’s time to spot clean.
The beds were very comfortable all rooms have there own full bath/shower room. The tub is in the upstairs bedroom the other rooms have showers.
This home is the first home on this side of the resort so there is a bit of continuous traffic but not bad.
We had a nice time the home is well built you can’t hear people walking around and the pool are is great though we didn’t get to use the pool because it rained two of our 4 days so we had to make up time outside the home.

really not that great.
the place list can see 18 people, dont think thats possible and everyone would be comfortable. there was not enough towels for all 14 of my guests. the staircase was not clean. the wall art work was coming of the wall. the pool was small. the garage door, was a manual open not electrical. which is very hard if trying to park in garage. the air conditioning, during the day does not work well downstairs. the waterpark is the only thing that made it alittle better abour the stay.

We had a family of 18 and we had an amazing experience at this home. Plenty of space and the property was exactly how it is pictured. I would definitely book again the next time we visit Florida.

Wonderful !!!!
The house itself was perfect!!!! We were 7 adults with 6 kids. (9 months, 2, 5, 7, 9 and 11 year olds!) and we were very comfortable. The kids LOVED the Frozen and Star Wars themed bedrooms. The kitchen and dining area were very comfortable and we had family meals there each day! ... I was so happy to see that the home lived up to the post! Saffi and Maria were wonderful hosts and extremely responsive to every text I sent out! (And there were a few! Lol !) The property management company they use were also very helpful!
The water park was icing on the cake... we took full advantage of it and rented a cabana a couple days too... it was a superb vacation and I would definitely recommend the house and these hosts.
I’m being long winded but the bottom line is - our family had a blast and this place was just perfect!
