Great location, friendly staff, rooms are comfortable but smelly due to old carpets that felt gritty underfoot.

Good location. The kitchen is great, bathroom good, clean and excellent shower. The bed was comfortable.

The lounge room and bedroom has carpet which smelt badly and felt gritty underfoot. They need to be completely removed. We had to leave doors open all day even if we were out because of the smell from the carpets. At night they smelt too so needed to keep doors open and fans on. I wouldn’t stay again unless the carpets were no longer there. It’s a shame because the rest of the apartment and the grounds were beautiful and very comfortable.

We were very comfortable and it was the perfect place for us to stay while catching up with friends

Our one bedroom apartment was well appointed and nicely decorated and furnished. The entire property is very well maintained and the pool and spa area and other facilities - bbqs and half size tennis court are all conveniently located and very clean.

Overall very happy

We loved the room, the modern appliances and the view was spectacular, the facilities were excellent. The pool, the tennis court... Everything was very nice. The distance to the main areas was great too.

I didn't like the fact that we had to pay for extra dishwashing liquid and dishwasher powder and toilet paper. It cost us over $1700 and we had to pay for more is these small items. Leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

Spacious accommodation in good location!

Big apartment with almost all you can need on your holiday! Good location between Noosa Heads and Noosaville, easy to drive, walk or take the free weekend bus. Loved the pool area and bbq. Did not try the sauna for some reason, although sauna is a big thing for us Finns.

The dishes were not very clean, might be because only a small amount of washing-up liquid was provided. Maybe previous visitors hadn’t bought their own? It would be a good idea to provide washing-up liquids (for machine washing too) so people would keep the dishes tidy!

Good location, clean and has all that you need.

Was disappointed when the resort tried to charge $35.33 for using my credit card, above the quoted Booking.com price. Booking.com did manage to get me a refund. It left a bad impression.

No air con in the bedroom. And only gave us 2 towels for 2 people for 4 nights

Room facilities were excellent. The pool area was clean, tidy and spacious. The location was very good for walking and touring the area. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

View and space of the apartment.

Garbage area under the sink needs to be updated. It was Rusty giving the impression it was dirty.

The location was amazing & the room was lovely.

The beds are old and outdated, you need to get cleaners in to change the beddings and towel throughout any duration of the stay. Provide the rooms with more washing and clothes liquid instead of making the guests pay.

I've holidayed in Noosa for >30years, it doesn't disappoint. Noosa Harbour Resort is great.

View from balcony, location to river and nearby restaurants

The bed in the primary bedroom needs an upgrade - mattress is not comfortable. I didn't realise there was only one bathroom :( Overall, very good, a minor change to bedding would make it excellent as these are hotel prices p/n so bedding should reflect.

Just amazing. They have a standard pool, a kids pool and a jacuzzi. It is waterfront with 2 minute walk/access to the ferry station and a 3 minute bus ride to Noosa heads. There's also cafe and supermarket and restaurant nearby. The resort has bbq facility as well as tennis court. You can rent out surf boards, paddle up boards, etc.

aside from the air con/TV situation it looked like a great place to stay

great spot. facilities looked great

on the first night the air conditioner leaked pools of water into/onto the floor and TV. all the cables were soaked and the towels were used to soak it up. I called after hours and spoke to someone who said they would come past in the morning. no one came the entire time I was there so I could not use the air con or TV for the 4 days.

we loved everything. The apartment had everything you could need, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the gardens were a tropical paradise.
