The room are old, we had cold showers throughout our stay, no change despite raising a complain. Sheets are old, tv has no remote the reception controls the channels .You have to leave your room key with the reception every morning and pick it when you get back. I had to reserve another hotel before my check out day and for my comfort. I won't be back.

The stay was excellent. I won’t eat there again.

Clean, hot showers, terrace, restaurants, bar and nightclub attached. It is very easy to find.

The food wasn’t so good at the restaurant. Ordered a meat platter and got about 7-8 bones I fed to the many cats at my feet.

hey, my stay was good and felt very safe

the staff both at the hotel and the restaurant are the stars of the show, very welcoming and make you feel at home .

the linen, general deco ,bedding is a bit dated and outgoing, but then for the price you pay, its more than enough and its clean. personally would have preferred more authentic African deco.

My Family and i enjoyed the stay. I would recommend anyone coming to mombasa to have a stay there.

breakfast was ok. However the location where it is served is too open and too close to the main road making the area very dusty. Recommendation is that you make it enclosed into the hotel.

I loved how the balcony are set. However for the safety of the young ones and even others, kindly repair the grills within the balconies . I also recommend that you block completely the balcony to avoid trespass from one balcony to the other. Fans are also ok. but i wish you can have the AC installed to avoid much breeze and keep the room temperatures cool. The music played late night is too loud and disturbing at night.

Quite a pleasant hotel in a reasonable location with very friendly, helpful staff

nice clean rooms with friendly staff and a swimming pool

The WiFi did not work in the room, only in reception. In the bar, wine was only sold by the bottle, not by the glass

The breakfast was good. Staff were warm and friendly.

The room. The washroom was terrible. Flooding bathroom, toilet that wasn't flushing the waste and the broken bathroom door lock that would lock itself.

this was my worst stay in the history of hotels … the stuff were not available .. the service was horrible … the waitres

the property was old and broken …. the suite was the worst room we have ever been to 😒they had holes on the walls the walls were cracked abit and the AC wasn’t even working and that was supposed to be the best room in the hotel 😤😤 very disappointed

Just improve on breakfast menu allocation

The staff were polite and mindful of client's concerns this is specifically so for the receptionist Regina. The swimming pool was very clean. The music playing in the evening would sooth you to slumber.

The breakfast allocation was often a times too small. Sometimes nothing on the breakfast menu was pleasing e.g the juice was too flat, tea would run out repeatedly.
