All was comfortable and clean and convenient location

room needs place mats and furniture mats for cups to sit on and a salad bowl.

clean, spacious and comfortable

spacious clean room. Good to have kitchen facilities, though no cook top, but that was not problem. Two bathrooms were a real bonus, though the disabled bathroom was not required and in fact made the room super wet with no shower curtain. But am sure a person requiring such facilities would find it works well and the bathroom was very spacious. Staff helpful and friendly. We had room service dinner which was quite nice. A real bonus was being able to access the Towradgi Hotel through the back gate, so we didn't have to take the car!

The worst hotel experience ever.

The bed was comfortable

The pillows were way too high and too hard, like speed bumps on the road. I couldn't shower because the water was cold both mornings. I let the water run for a while but they said I had to let the water run for a few minutes, I say nonsense I did that. I stayed there for a family celebration and I went to my brother's house to shower. I paid $734.05 for two nights accommodation and I asked for a reimbursement of $100 for each time I couldn't have a shower - they said they couldn't do that, but they would have to talk to someone. Don't ever stay there it was awful.

Location

Three guys checked in for work on the first night we were given a single bed and told the couches would accommodate the other two. Very disappointed guys were not well rested for busy weekend of work one slept in the sleeper cab of the truck. Staff tried to say the room was suitable for three adults, but it defiantly wasn't. Room was changed for the remainder of stay. No Wi-Fi in building/ signal was terrible. Good if you're looking to relax not ideal if it a work stay.

Good quiet location

Big top level studio to myself, beds made and room cleaned, quiet neighbourhood, great value for money, Great location close by everything My stay itself was great

The buffet breakfast was disappointing as I paid $28 to basically only have cereal and toast cause they ran out of hot food. Greeted well by most staff while one or two seemed over there job

Great Location for us . Will use again.

Great, convenient location. Walking distance to our event. Staff were lovely and were able to get an early check in which really helped.

Overpriced for a one bedroom for one night (about $450)

Great value and old fashioned service

Great value for money and an excellent team looking after you. Parking was a concern with security as we had a 2.4m vehicle. They parked us straight Infront of the hotel

Everything was good. No complaints - maybe a higher carpark but hey we are happy.

great service and central to where we needed

central location to what we needed pool was clean staff were friendly kitchen ammenities were excellent for a family for breakfast

aircon didn’t cool bedrooms and no fans in rooms so uncomfortable sleep first night. shower head was wild, difficult to have decent pressure and temp without tearing skin off due to high pressure.

Great choice for accommodation in Wollongong

Spacious apartment with great facilities including a swimming pool and gym. Free and underground carpark was a bliss.

Only problem were the loud footsteps and movement of the guest or resident on the above floor, which was constant all night from about 10pm till about 2 or 3am. Not sure what was going on there to be honest...

Exceptional

Cannot fault the cleanliness, facilities and staff!! The reception staff offered us towels and cutlery when they saw us using the pool/outdoor area without us even asking

On one day our cards didn't work on 3 separate occasions. We got them reset twice during the day and then the third time it was 11pm when we got back and the room key didn't work. The after hours manager came out super quickly (within 10 minutes) and resolved it for us so still great customer service.

Was nice, a bit pricey for one night. Lack of fans made for an uncomfortable nights sleep.

Easy location to get too. Appartments we’re nice and beds were comfy.

Extremely hot in the bedrooms. No fans. One room you were able to open the window the other you couldn’t at all due to the balcony. Had to leave air conditioner on overnight with door open. Didn’t really help. Not much privacy when sharing with another couple having to do this.
