breakfast closed too early but they were flexible

Nice, clean spacious rooms, very well organized. Room cards left in the room for check in, flexibile, helpfull staff.
Slightly narrow beds. The sauna can be used separetally by gents and ladies, which means family members can NOT use it together. This has no sence.

You know how to turn on the light and how the shower works: it can be something challenging in more expensive hotels :-)

Good bed, friendly staff, good breakfast. Free parking hall just downstairs at hotel was a big benefit! Nice location, easy to find.

Very welcoming staff, clean room and the breakfast was above my expectations. Moreover, there's a tram passing infront of the hotel and nearby grocery store. I will stay there again if visiting Tampere. Recommended!

lady in reception was very helpful, good breakfast, clean room, location was perfect for me, since I had a meeting in that area
tea, cups etc you have to take from reception till 9pm, no receptiontill 4pm. You have to wait outside till checkin start time.

Breakfast was excelent.
The reception staff was particularly grumpy, we were asked to pay extra money for parking, we were expecting the parking price to be included, and worst of all- the apliances in the bathroom were not cleaned what so ever (whole bathroom was smered with lipstick!).

The bathroom smelt like pee and the walls of the shower where it connects to the floor had visible dirt.

Personnel and breakfast were really good. Parking hall access was really good as well.
No A/C, top floor rooms are really hot as heat from roof radiates in. At least in room 301 shower room had smell of rotting wood, likely water damage.
