Prima hotel in een volkse wijk.

Alles wirklich gut, bis auf den Umstand mit der Garage.

Personal sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer wirklich sauber, die Ausstattung sehr gut. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut , gute Auswahl. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Tiefgarage passt gar nicht zu dem gesamt Bild des Hotels: Erstmal ist diese überhaupt nicht einladend. Und durch den Umstand, dass die Einfahrt nie geschlossen wird, ist das Fahrzeug überhaupt nicht vor Delikten geschützt. Und: Durch diesen Umstand verirrt sich die eine oder andere Taube in der Garage und, wie jetzt in unserem Fall war das Auto von Taubenkot getroffen das ich erst einmal mühsam abwaschen musste. Schade.

Wochenendurlaub

Sehr freundliche Begrüssung bei Ankunft. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet mit Kaffemaschine ,Kosmetikprodukte, begehbare Dusche,Designerlampe,bequemer Sessel.Die Matratzen waren gut zum Schlafen,Safe. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, guter Kaffee frische Brötchen ,Brot,Lachs,Cerano Schinken,Müsli,Joghurt ect. Parkmöglichkeiten gering findet man vor dem Hotel an der Straße,im Parkhaus, für 17.00 Uhr pro Tag oder in den umliegenden Parkhäuser.. Hotel liegt sehr Zentral zur Innenstadt/Marktplatz zu Fuss 7 bis 8 Gehminuten. Am Marktplatz Haltestation/Straßenbahn. Am Abend kann man in der Bar noch einen Absacker nehmen

Frühstück gab es eine gute Auswahl lage war sehr gut nicht weit vom centrum und sehr ruhig das personal waren alle sehr freundlich und sehr lieb zu hunden weil da kann mann auch den hund mit bringen

Fair price.

It's a cool hotel, good breakfast, and the staff is very friendly. Room is spacious enough and fairly comfortable with a chair to relax. Recently renovated it seems.

Bathroom had some mould issues. The room was a bit too hot to sleep, and the AC didn't help. Shower with little pressure. Tv had no channels in English or any other language other than German.

Wie immer perfekt. ☆☆☆☆☆

Kommen mehrmals im Jahr in diesem Hotel, bei Veranstaltungen in der Stadt, wurden bisher nie enttäuscht. Das Frühstück ist der Hammer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hatten ein kleines Problem mit der Dusche, wurde Zeitnah behoben - Zimmertausch -problemlos. Mit der Parkplatzsituation, sind wir inzwischen vertraut. Das sollte man sich bewusst vorher anschauen, wenn man in diesem Hotel mit dem PKW anreist. Kommen gern wieder :)

Hotel ist sehr ansprechend und die Lage super. Es war nicht laut, weder im Hotel noch außerhalb.

Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig.

Matratzen waren etwas zu hart. Tiefgarage für Hotelgäste zu teuer. Zimmer war viel zu warm.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt mitten in der Stadt gut geeignet.

Recht großes und scheinbar sehr beliebtes Hotel mitten in der City. Modern eingerichtet und sehr freundliches Personal. Die Betten waren sauber und es war trotz der Lage relativ ruhig (wir waren im obersten Stockwerk).

Die Parkgarage hat sehr wenige Parkplätze und die umliegenden Parkflächen sind allesamt gebührenpflichtig. Man merkt an einigen Stellen, dass das Hotel schon etwas älter ist (Aufzug, Flure, Teppiche) - jedoch trotzdem sauber.

Top Lage Schönes Hotel

Leider wurde mir ein falsches Zimmer zugewiesen, statt Doppelbett waren es zwei Einzel Betten zusammen gestellt was beim schlafen etwas störend war.

Im Großen und Ganzen ist es zu empfehlen. Preisleistung passt auf jeden Fall. Gefrühstückt haben wir dort nicht.

Zentral, Hauseigene Bar, Billardtisch, Nettes Personal.

Dusche lauft nicht richtig ab, Spielautomat defekt Kös am Billard waren futsch. Wenn man schon einen Spielgeräte hat, sollte dann auch alles funktionieren. 124 hängt die Türdichtung weg. Fenster sind alt und verrammelt.

Eine Übernachtung mit Frühstück, Preis-Leistung und Service absolut in Ordnung.

Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig in der HInsicht, dass die warmen Speisen leider nicht warm waren.

Overall a very good experience, we’d certainly use this hotel again.

Super central location, big room, the “Monnem in grün” cocktail

The coffee machine wasn’t working (was signalling a technical error, probably needed to be descaled). Despite my reporting this to Reception on the first morning, it wasn’t mended before we left. The glass screen on the shower was too narrow to contain the water, needs to be at least 20 cm wider.

Superb

The room is cozy and the bed comfortable. The staff very helpful and nice. The hotel is located right in the center.

The toilet was not clean and the neighborhood is not very nice.

Exceptional

We can’t complain. The location was perfect and easy to find. Our room was pretty nice. They have a place where you can play table soccer, game automat and and and. We arrived late at the night so there was no people and noise. It was amazing. Greetings to the lady on the reception Tijana. She was friendly and explain us everything what we wanted to know. We had a small problem with our room but she solved it expressly. It was nice to see that people from Balkan work there, so to all my Balkan people if you need a hotel in Mannheim - you can’t regret :). Hope to come next month again.

Very good

Nice, modern hotel, nice design of the rooms, but the cleanliness would like a little work. The toilet, bathroom and bed were clean, but there was a lot of dust everywhere. Parking around the hotel is difficult, but this information has been published in the menu. The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was great. Thanks a lot.

Modern hotel, excellent breakfast. Next to Mannheim synagogue.

The neighbourhood is dominated by Kebab places and Arab shops etc, but this is what Mannheim city centre is like.

Gerne wieder!

Perfect central location. Very, very good facilities, though it is clear they have seen better times. The staff is very friendly, ready to help you with minor and major issues.

There is an undrground parking. The team at the reception do not have any control or monitoring over the garage.
