Lovely and relaxing stay.

Loved our stay here. Gorgeous setting and the pool delightful. Orvieto is a lovely little town and is a 20 min walk away. It is uphill but not hard. We stayed 2 nights and wandered up to the town on both nights. Breakfast under the vines very pleasant. Would recommend if you need some rest and relaxation to recharge.

Amazing stay, definitely recommend

The property was absolutely beautiful. The views, the room, the breakfast, the staff and pool were all amazing. I would stay here again and highly recommend it. The breakfast was a stand out. To get into the city, they provide you with a taxi number and they were so helpful.

Superb

Lovely family run agriturismo just outside Orvieto Old Town which can easily be reached by car or steep 15 min hike. Francesca was very helpful and attentive. Our children asked for applejuice during breakfast whch they didn’t have. However, the next day they offered us applejuice.

lovely restful place just out of town family owned and gorgeous gardens, Francesca was very helpful.

It had beautiful gardens and an amazing huge swimming pool The staff were very helpful it was very restful

we thought our cottage would have a garden view but was a garden shed view! But we could easily access the garden with deck chairs and a swing seats so wasn’t really an issue.

Francesa was amazing. She even came out in the rain to pick us up when we could not find a cab home from town. The breakfast was amazing and all the fruit was from the farm. I am still dreaming about her peaches!!!

Very nice place and wonderful owners in Orvieto.

Very nice country house with a beautiful garden and wonderful view of Orvieto, that is just in the hill over the hotel

The bed was a little too soft, and you can hear the noise of the road and trains down in the valley.

We loved it all. The location, 15 mnts.from the old Town. The place itself , nice well kept house with gardens,pool,panoramic view and spacious well decorated nice clean room, with a fresh soft ambience. Secured parking.And of course, a welcoming couple , very nice breakfast, two friendly dogs.

everything in the room is a little run down and needs a make over. wifi did not work properly most of the tjme. I do not understand all the good vomments. way to expensive for what it offers especially in comparison to the hotels we stayed at in Florence and Rome, which were cheaper…

Rest and Relaxation from the big cities

Breakfast is very good and most of the products are from the farm. The pool looked very inviting even though we didnt have time to use it. Take a look around the farm. There is so much to see.

Rustic country farmhouse

A rustic country farmhouse, with easy access to historic Orvieto on the hill, either via a path behind the house walking or a quick 5 minute drive. What you would expect from a 3-star accomodation. Lots of flowers in bloom this spring and early summer. A quaint setting, a bit sparse. The family has several dogs that roam the property and house. Great for dog lovers. Staff is friendly. Family owned and operated. A bit of difficulty locating as the sign is oriented so hard to see going up the hill but easy to see coming down the hill. The gate has a buzzer, push a few times and wait. On the way out the gate wouldn't open automatically for us, even when driving between the sensors several times. A small selection for the breakfast,.but all good. We stayed in the little apartment behind the main house.
