About this house rental
Located in Inverloch, this attractive house for $201 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Relax and enjoy this family friendly holiday home which easily sleeps 8 people. Perfectly located just a few minutes walk from the jetty and inlet beaches, and also only a few minutes walk from the town centre. Popular with past guests, who have enjoyed many repeat bookings. This home has everything you need for an easy and pleasurable holiday. Its layout is ideally suited for two families. There are two bedrooms with queen beds, plus another twin bedroom and also a rumpus room with bunks. It conveniently has two bathrooms and two toilets. The front and back yards are fully fenced and your cars or boat can be securely parked inside the front gates. The house is modern, light and practical. There is an outdoor setting for 8 under cover and a BBQ on the covered deck. For your indoor comfort and entertainment there are 3 flat screen TVs with Bluray/DVDs and 2 split system air conditioners, plus an electric heater. Free WiFi Internet, DVDs, books and board games are provided. Netflix and Disney+ are connected to the three smart TV's. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs and the Rumpus/Bunk room also has a sink and a bar fridge. There is wheelchair access via a ramp into the Rumpus room and one bathroom has a stepless shower and an accessible toilet. Our beach wheelchair is available for use. NOTE - We respect our neighbours so no loud music or noisy parties please. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1 has 1 x Queen bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 x Single beds. Bedroom 3 has 1 x Queen bed. Rumpus/Bunk room has 1 x Trio bunks and 1 x single bunks (room sleeps up to 5 including 2 adults) the bunks are sturdy and have safety rails. Upper bunks have foam mattresses. House sleeps up to 8 adults, or 11 including kids What's There & What You Need to Bring Provided for Your Convenience: - Kitchen essentials - Tea, coffee pods, sugar, salt, pepper, spices, oil, Glad wrap, Al-foil, paper towels, Tea-towels, pots/frypans/crockery/cutlery/utensils etc. - Dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, cleaning needs. - Bathrooms - Soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, tissues. Hairdryers. Bath mats. - Linen - Top & bottom sheets, pillows & pillow slips. Bath towels. Doonas with covers, mattress and pillow protectors. What You Need to Bring With You: - Please supply your own beach towels.

Everything we needed and more! The disability-friendliness of the property was very appreciated. A quick walk in several directions will take you to the pier or the main centre of town.

This property lived up to all expectations. Our host (John) made us most welcome. He left a Welcome note;, chocolate, wine, milk, juice in the Fridge. There were ample supplies in the pantry, lots of cutlery, dishes, pans, all in excellent condition.
The bathrooms were well stocked with more useful items than we have seen in any other accommodation- even new toothbrushes and toothpaste in case you forgot your own. Lots of linen, all nicely presented.
Games and films galore, and in the garage bikes, a kayak, fishing rods, and much more all for our use.
Close to the Town centre and Pier
All in all, great family holiday place.
Thank you John, loved our stay.

Great roomy house with tons of beds and everything you might need, plus things you didn't know you needed. Excellent secure yard for the doggies, a garage full of recreational goodies like bikes and kayaks. Great family accomodation a short walk to the beach. John was a great host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Korowai in Inverloch. The property is within walking distance to the beach and the shops, is clean and well maintained, and has everything you could possibly think you might need whilst away from home. So many little things that John has thought of that makes the stay easy. It was wonderful to find a property that would we could bring our dogs along to, they had such a fun time in the well fenced yards. We would love to come and stay again.

We enjoyed a week at John's house and it was the easiest house we have stayed at with our two young children. It was well equipped with kids books and toys. So many things to make our stay more enjoyable. John has thought of everything. The dog was also catered for and secure at the back of the property but he could also roam freely if we closed the front gate. It was perfect for all of us!
We are already looking into when we can next book.

The house was perfect, there was my wife, our children, and young grandchildren all staying at the house, there was something there for all of us,
Books, games for the kids, comfort and a feeling of safety for the adults, we could lock the front gate, and feel comfortable with the kids playing outside.

The cleanliness of the home was perfect, beds were comfortable, having the 2 bathrooms was perfect.
We could not fault our stay, and we will be re-booking again.

This house is very well thought out. It has everything you could ever need for a wonderful and comfortable stay. A nice welcome pack awaits you on arrival, there is plenty of cutlery, glasses, plates and kitchen equipment (something most places dont provide). The bathrooms are very nicely stocked with shampoo conditioner, soap, cotton wool all for your use. The rooms are very clean and spacious even the cables and cords were so nicely packed away out of site. There are no hazards here for anyone! The garden and balcony was wonderful, even our lazy greyhound was well catered for. Thank you John, you have thought of everything to make your house comfortable stylish and well stocked, we look forward to returning and highly recommend!

House was spotlessly clean on arrival. So many essentials provided (better than a hotel!). Soft fluffy towels, quality linen and a well stocked kitchen. All the basics and more. Welcome goodies in the fridge a lovely surprise. We loved the two living areas and the fenced backyard for our small dog was perfect. The holiday house with the lot.
So much stuff available to take to the beach, play, watch, cook with, Secure yard and laundry area for dogs. Rumpus room has a door so makes a separate kids zone. We went in winter and the reverse cycle heaters did their job well. We self catered for 3 groups of friends at once and there was plenty of crockery, cutlery, wine glasses, platters, chopping boards. And then there is John! The host's special touches of a welcome pack, message, great communications, and high standards as this place was clean. It is a genuine 5 starts across the board. Thanks John!

John was so easy to deal with and all the little extras he supplied, both in the house and the fun/beach stuff in the shed, made our stay so enjoyable. The location of the house to the town was a perfect short walk. Everything exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to stay here again!

The location is perfect, the proximity to the pier, the beaches and the shops.
John's place is exceptionally well stocked and I loved the position of the undercover balcony where we would have breakfast at the table directly outside the kitchen.
I have no complaints.
We enjoyed every moment of our 2 week stay.
