Everything was great, I left Tokyo Air B & B to come to Mercure, the best decision I did, I just lost the money I paid in Tokyo Air B & B loved the cleanliness, comfort, quietness, staff
That I didn't find you sooner

Location is terrible, very far from everything a tourist needs to see in Bogota

Clean & Good (Room + Toilet) + Good Location + Polite Staff
The windows are all sealed. So the air circulation is purely via AC. (However, even if the windows could open, the heavy traffic noise all around would not allow their opening). But really not a big issue, for someone busy at work.

Good location, the rooms are clean and nice.
They didn’t have shower cap in the bathroom and when I asked for toothpaste they didn’t have in reception either.

ATTENTION PEOPLE WITH PHYSICAL DISABILITY!
This hotel does not have the capacity to accommodate people with physical disability specially those in wheelchairs.
I traveled with a group of 10 people from the USA and my father who lives in Bogota Colombia stayed with us at the hotel. He is in a wheelchair and it wasn’t until we traveled halfway around the world and got to the hotel that we found out the hotel could not accommodate him. (Would have been helpful for me to know that when i was making the reservation) The website does not specify they do not have the rooms to accommodate people with disabilities like his.
He could not take a shower not even use the toilet for the lack of space within the room. Unfortunately, the only restroom available for him to use, located in the lobby, was locked and Paula, the receptionist, said she could not open it because she didn’t have the key nor did she offer another solution. When asked to unlock the handicap restroom in the lobby for him to use she replied “oh i don’t know i don’t have the key” i even waited for her to offer another solution for her to open the restroom. She didn’t. I had to tell her how to do her job and asked her to call maintenance, security, housekeeping departments or her manager so someone else could help open the restroom. She proceeded to call Rodolfo From security which he also came up with a ridiculous excuse and didn’t open the restroom either pretty much blaming my father for being disabled and staying at the hotel. It wasn’t until the next morning when a different from desk employee, Rafael, came in and was willing to help and finally opened the restroom.

The staffs were fantastic, the breakfast spread was beyond expectation, and quite comfortable.
it wasn't well kept.

Comfortable bed, hot water. Safe area though it is not touristic but close to Parque 93 and Zone T.
The rooms have an unpleasant smell due to the lack of natural ventilation. It requires you keep the AC on all the time otherwise the smell is disturbing. The rooms may be cold at night and the AC does not work on heating mode.

Nothing
My experience. 1. When we arrived at the hotel, we were ignored by the reception staff. 2. A reservation that was made since the end of September does not appear as made. 3. When they finally found the reservation, they told us that breakfast was not included in the reservation. 4. The room was smelly. 5. The lousy location. 6. The air conditioner turned off three times and I had to get up to turn it on.
