Good location, few minutes walk from the metro, bus stops, 15-20 min from Part Dieu train station. The flat is pretty spatious for 2 people, in a fairly good condition, there are all facilities listed in the booking provided. There is an elevator.

There is too large deposite of 500 euro required. The kitchen was missing microwave, kettle and a cutting board. It was also missing basic supplies like salt, pepper, sugar, oil, paper towels/napkins, etc so you have to buy all of them, even for few days if you are planning to cook. Regarding the cleaning, despite the cleaning fee of 50 euro, it was not performed well enough. Some of the towels need to be replaced. There are old spots in some of shower towels and the burned hole in the kitchen one.

Great location. Bright rooms. Recently renovated bathroom.. Comfortable bed. Close to Casino supermarket.

TV was not working, probably bad batteries in remote. ?

It was well located, just a few blocks from the Metro, in a quiet neighborhood.
