Everything, location, quality, open area, great size.

The view was very cool.

- Dishwasher not working - electricity would be cut as soon as you use more than 3 appliance at the same time = meaning, cooking with light on and music can be difficult! - Oven not working. - Shower would need to be replaced. - Bed in the living room (couch) very unconfortable: don’t go there with more than 2 people..! - very poor public transport to go there from the airport. - no service/support from the guest.

Location was perfect, near the train station, shops, restaurants, cafes, sea... And views were just amazing. Apartement was clean, bright, warm - there was everything we needed. And host was very friendly, met us in the middle of the night with keys as we arranged. Super apartment - if we come back to Rome, we´ll defenately would stay there again!

The view! Having a private balcony overlooking the sea was wonderful. The apartment was very comfortable, with all the needed amenities. Very near the Corniche and beach, and a lovely walk in to Ostia. Only a 20 minute drive to the airport, and apparently near trains into Rome. Plenty of free parking.

Everything was fine.

The Apartment is perfect for the summer and warmer months. The terrace is beautiful, spacious , amazing sea view! Lots of space, comfrtable bed. Close to the supermarket & train station. restaurants and coffe shops nearby. Great location!

We were freezing even with the heating on. The nights were extremely cold and we had to sleep under multiple layers. Spending time in the apartment at night was challenging due to the temperature. The apartment is much more suited for the summer months. Only IT chanels in the TV which is a bit old so it is not possible to input your own content via USB or connect to Netflix etc. There was no kettle in the kitchen we used a pan to boli water so it's ok.

Good apartment with services nearby, e.g. Conad market. Large terrace was enjoyable, even though during out visit it was a cold spell in the weather. Kitchen had a good set of plates, cutlery etc to enjoy your breakfast or to make dinner.

The apartment building and this apartment is little bit worn out, did not disturbs us as all the we needed to work, did work. Note that the elevator does not go up to the apartment level, there are two flight of stairs to walk.
