Eine Extreme Menschenmasse am Frühstück und Abendessen. Sehr laut, man bekommt keinen Tisch…. Was wir sehr schade finden.

Disappointing

Our stay there was exceptional. To top that the comfort and and hospitality was amazing! The beds were a bit too soft It was a relaxing stay where you dont have to worry about anything. With rhino club and ongoing activities for kids and adults it makes you feel at home and also comfortable. Services were so swift and smooth.

Good physical property but service and quality far below the pricing and market positioning of this hotel

The beach was very nice and clear water // the water park for the kids was nice and had variety of slides // the Gym facilities are good. Staff responsible for cleaning were doing a good job with the quantum of people using the facilities

A) the staff are not equipped to deal with customers - had numerous issues with staff not having appropriate service etiquettes. For example staff on reception // customer desk never pick up the phones // staff at front door do not know how to manage volume of guests coming in and out with bags and fights for cars a daily seen // person performing aqua sports over the course of 2 weeks had very little interest in what she was doing // the person running music on the pool kept the same playlist running the full day with some songs played repeatedly every 30 mins. In short they are not trained to manage this kind resort. B) the quality of the food, despite the massive quantities on offer, is not very good. Average at best. C) the lobby is chaos from 9am - 1am next day. Kids running, screaming, families using the sofas as sleeping areas at times. This is not a lobby of a hotel positioning itself as luxury of high standards. D) The concierge refuses to book any restaurants outside the 3 the hotel has “as per management policy” - refuse to offer any choices for boat trips other than what “hotel options” dictate E) no taxis on hand - staff handling that only use one company for taxis and that takes 15 -30 minutes at times. Again, chaos at the font door.

Not worth it

The location is nice

It's more like a joke for the money you pay. Most of the time, no power. Its hot and the air conditioners are not working. Missed on many business phone calls because of no Internet

A nice relaxing trip

loved the views, food was delicious, good events in the evening and all the staff was incredible, especially Mirhan!

- air conditioner could not be controlled by us, so the rooms would get really hot. - i found a piece of glass in my dessert.

Pure luxury

Food is amazing here. Espacially Turkish A'la Carte meet with my taste very well. Even the air in this hotel is very refreshing. Quaity service every part of the hotel. And shows at night are very interesting, it really draw my attention. I'll visit again.

Marvelous Stay

Hotel located in beautiful place. Candyland theme park is great place to visit actually theme park one of the best thing in the hotel. Food is very tasty and drinks are very fresh.

This place feels like home anymore to me. I know most of the staff. They all are really helpful with a slime on their faces. They welcomed me again with a nice cold drink as I'm their repeat guest. since they had availability I got an upgrade as well. Can't thanks them enough. My room was exceptional. Even though the weather was a bit cold, all the activities were open. I enjoyed Fish A La Carte restaurant same as main buffet. Food quality is real thing in here. I loved a folklore dans group at night club, they were just amazing. Others were good too, but this one was amazing. Cleaning was pretty ok. İn general everything was good. Will come again.

I do recommend.

Good place to enjoy with Family or friends. We took Apollon villa, 3 bed duplex very nice, with private pool. room service, cleaning and everything you want need or ask were manage with a butler, our butler name Ummu Asi Irmak were very kind and prepared everything we needed quickly. Beach access and facilities very good. cleanliness very good.

There is a VIP resturant which villa members can use to have breakfast/lunch/dinner free and no limit in time up to 10 pm. negative points: staff were not well trained. food and menu variety not so much. There is a main resturant which you can enjoy self service varieties of foods, but negatives: timing for dinner, 21:30 finishes!!! some tubes in waterpark work not properly, water flow so slow that makes you no move.

Very good

Beautiful resort with tons of fun for the whole family, our villa had a swimming pool, clean, and nicely decorated. We weee greated by Mr. Emin (hotel manager) during check in and offered his full support during our stay. Our butler Ms. Ummu was great help during our stay, she extended her help around the clock to make our vacation very comfortable and joyful. My wife and kids enjoyed her company and help whenever needed. She went beyond our expectations in many instances to make our vacation such a great one.

Amazing stay for family and kids

The hotel is great for family with kids up to teens years . The water park was great .. so many rides. Suitable for all ages and no much lines even in July/August season. Candle land has nice rides opens 8-10:30. Late evening there is a show as well. The rooms has AC and some arabic and english channels.the rooms are spacious with a Balcony, double bed and a single bed in each room. There is 3 restaurant seafood, Turkish and Italian where you can use once as a la carte. Over 3 swimming pools and huge beach area. Staff are friendly and helpful . Beverages are almost 24/7 and the room has a fridge for cold beverages as well. Buffet has many variates. We had Aircondion issue in one of the room and Mr Oguzhen was of great help. Thanks A lot. Spa is good as well.

We booked during the high season which we felt were a bit over priced . Not adult theme at all. It is a family hotel with many entertaining facilities but if your looking for adults time out… then you probably to consider others.
