Um paraíso!

Pousada Vila Serrano é um paraíso! Amei a piscina e o jardim com muitas plantas e árvores bonitas. O café da manhã foi muito bom e o centro de Lençóis é muito perto o que é bem pratico.

Positive, but with some major points

The place looks fantastic and is really charming

Basically all was fine except one major point: we stayed in a floor level appartement, the noise insulation for sounds from the upper neighbors was basically non existing. We stayed for 5 nights, 3 were fine..but 2 where terrible, waking up 4 times a night because of (different) upper neighbors. We made a notification on this to the reception, but nothing changed. Therefore I would recommend this poussada but ONLY if you are staying in the upper floors.

Big diversity of rooms in a green setting.

Great garden with lots of flowers, good room with a nice warm shower, big balcony and enough space to sit down and relax. Just on walking distance of the center.

With breakfast, it wasn't realy clear what you could order.

Calm location close to the city center

Breakfast was great and changed every day. There were always some vegetarian options and you could order fresh tapiocas, cuscus or eggs. The hotel is close to the city center, on a hill with a gentle slope and a minimarket nearby. Despite being close to the center, the hotel itself is very quiet. Our room had a silent AC and we haven't heard any other guests at night.

We don't really have much to complain. What some might find annoying is that breakfast starts at 7:30, which is a bit hurried to catch the tours (the ones we booked started at 8:00). Other hotels have an earlier breakfast at 7:00 if that is important for you.

Breakfast was incredible with new dishes and home made cakes every single day. The surroundings are beyond beautiful with pretty much a jungle on the premises. Everyone was absolutely lovely and we enjoyed every minute.

Beautiful pousada in the middle of beautiful Lençois

We had a wonderful stay at Pousada Vila Serrano. The room and bathroom was spacious and had everything we needed with enough space to store our stuff. The pool and the whole pousada complex is beautiful. And it‘s really nice to take the breakfast in the garden. A highlight were the yoga classes with the wonderful Yoga teacher Maira. The next time we come to Lençois we will definitely stay at Vila Serrano again!

Highly recommended

Beautiful pousada, with lots of character, just a short walk to the city centre amenities. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, although tend to be a bit noisy. Excellent breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, overall highly recommended

Hard to find something wrong with this place, but if I need to find a negative point, is that room are not very well insulated and you can hear the conversation from adjacent room

A good stay in an exotic and exuberant garden environment.

Expectations were greater than what we received. Internet shows a luxurius breakfast which didn't happen really. Kindness of staff was not at the point internet ratings show. But nevertheless a good stay.

The best Pousada we could choose for! We are certainly coming back:)

Tha architecture and design internally and externally were very beautiful! The breakfast was delicious, the staff was friendly. We had no complaints at all. The swimming pool was also beautiful as well as the garden!

Wonderful

Quality of the breakfast was excellent with good variety, the surroundings were amazing with plenty of plants around the lodges were and the location was only 5 minutes walking from the city center, while still far enough to have peaceful nights.

The breakfast started only at 7:30. Since many guided tours start at 8:00 we didn't have much time to eat. It would be ideal if breakfast had been served starting at 7:00.

Superb

The swimming pool. We liked the whole concept of the buildings in the green area. The balcony of our apartment. The breakfast had a lot of various options, actually one of the best we ever had in South America. The Caipirinhas at the pool were delicious 😋

Nearly nothing - The sheets in the bed were made out of some synthetic stuff. Would be nice being made out of cotton (but this is not a real complain - it's just something they could improve)
