Decent food, reasonably priced shop on site, minutes from Lardos Village Square.

Plumbing in our room was poor, therefore toilet was continuously blocked. Ant infestation in toilet. Smell of drainage through the rooms. Dirty marks on toilet walls 💩 Lazy river wall was thick green dirt. No drawers for storage, lived out of our cases. Small wardrobe area but no coat hangers, had to request these from reception. Had to request extra pillow as 1 wasn’t enough. Not enough to do for adults at night time. Cocktails cheap unbranded alcohol served in plastic cups. Only 1 snack area that served pizza only, restricted to 11-5pm each day.

Interesting resort, a very big free parking inside (curiously not indicated in the description), good position to visit all the Rodi Island. Very nice free water park (although the nicest games are only for child tall at least 1.2m). Some little bad detail (important if you are looking a luxury hotel, less if you are looking a comfortable and practical solution), but a good location for the price. Some rooms have very nice see, but not all, depends from the block and the floor. Good breakfast. The staff is kind and very well trained

Lifeguards total unfriendly. Bathroom was very small and never been cleaned until we went up to the reception 3 or 4 times. The sink was plugged, they didn't bothered themselves to fix it before 2 days.

Location is not so far from the sea, older woman at reception very helpful.

extremely friendly staff, 5 min walk to the beach, they cleaned every day, very tasty food, very kids friendly , extremely delicious pizza from 10 am to 5 pm, pool for adults, pool with slide and small water for smaller children with an adult pool next to it. Drink at discretion. Super fun Aqua Park, we liked it the most. In this way, we want to especially thank Eva (I hope I remembered the name correctly) from the reception for helping us to change the room, Konstantinos the head of the hall for always being kind, professional and positive, and the children loved Molly . In short, a great location with everything you need at an excellent price, we paid 1,100 for 2 adults and two small children at the beginning of June for a week and you have absolutely everything. You can very well go until the end of October. We will come back with love. Thank you

A little to renovate here and there

Staff were lovely. Special mention to Flora the receptionist, she was so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Given one wrong room initially, but this was sorted the next day. We went at the beginning of the season four adults and two children, all inclusive, food and entertainment were limited, but this improved throughout our stay as the hotel got busier. The hotel is a bit out of the way, but me and my husband love walking so we found some little gems on our travels, including a little village called Lardos, which was about a 25 minute walk away. The grandchildren loved the pool and waterpark, but the waterpark wasn't always open.

We had no water in the hotel for nearly 2 days and were only given 2 small bottles in our room. We had to buy the rest. The hotel booked us a trip to Turkey with Pellos travel and on the return journey they left us stranded at the port with 2 children. After lots of stress and many phone calls, someone collected us over 2 hours late. We had been forgotten! It was my daughter in law's 30th birthday and our evening surprise plans for her were ruined because of this. Not directly the hotels fault, but hopefully they won't be using Pellos Travel again.

Staff on reception welcomed us very nicely. Kristinka on reception was always very friendly and helpful. our room was always lovely and clean. Our cleaner Magda did amazing job and Victoria. Lady called Vaseline was very lovely and helpful as well. Service around kids pool was lovely too , Anastasia was always helpful and smiling. Food in restaurants was very tasty and staff very helpful. Alexandra was lovely and always very kind in restaurant Gentlemen called Kostas was every day very friendly with us and our little boy loved him. Is very handy that there was a shop as well. lady in there was very kind. Generally lovely stay, clean and very spacious room and all staff been just very helpful all the time.

Our 4 year old boy was disappointed. He wasn’t allowed on the big water slides because his height wasn’t 120cm. Even with adults he wasn’t allowed to go.
