The vacation rental was very clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

This is the second time in 3 years my family has stayed in this condo. We absolutely love the views. The first time was just my husband and I, but we took our kids with us this time. The view of the ocean is breathtaking. The kitchen itself is stocked well with the necessities. The unit overall was good, but could definitely use some updating. My kids complained about the beds on the bunk beds each night. They said that they were super uncomfortable. The sleeper sofa was the same. The head of the sleeper sofa would not stay up, so they had to sleep at the opposite end. Thankfully they are only 10/11 so they were just short enough that this did not cause any problems. The left side of the double sink for the bathroom was not useable. The stopper had been broken previously so the water would not drain. The bathroom could also use some updating as the tub was stained from previous tenants. Overall, we will book another condo through the company again, just not this condo.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Super easy check in. Beautiful beachfront view. Close to so many delicious restaurants. Perfect size room for our family of five. Kiddos absolutely adored it. 5/5 Would definitely recommend.

The location is amazing. It isn't a large resort, so the beach wasn't crowded. Having the free chairs, and, umbrella made going to the beach 100% easier. I would stay again. This is an older unit, so it isn't updated. It was very clean and maintained

This condo is right on the beach!! The location is amazing Loved the layout of the unit. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen was stocked with enough to do everything we needed. Balcony oncould use new chairs. They are starting to tear. I wouldn’t say it was hot in the unit but The air didn’t get as cool as I like. Unsure how well it would cool I mid summer when it’s really hot. Prior reviews left mixed statements about the mattress. It is a good mattress just firm. I prefer a softer mattress but we slept fine Overall I would recommend this unit with the slight hesitation of the air during mid summer

Furniture was as pictured, the view was very nice and it was awesome to have chairs and an umbrella every day. The only downfall to the trip was the place needs some TLC. There are spots of the ceiling paint coming off, one of the hand towel holders by the sink just fell off the wall, the garbage can in the bedroom was fully cracked in half and we had a roach. I called the property people about the roach and the towel holder who told me they would have people come fix/spray, but those people never showed up during our stay. I get that roaches are a thing down there and they can sneak in when you open a door. However where we are from we don’t have them and it really freaked out my family member’s and it did make all of us feel really dirty and paranoid about bringing them back home with us. So besides those things, it was an okay place to stay. Not sure if I would stay here again on our next trip.

It was my granddaughter's first beach trip and she loved it. The condo was fine, it could be better with a few updates, but overall you can't beat the location & view! My only compliant was that the sofa bed was broken, there's no way you could sleep on it, so my daughter slept on the sofa as is. 4 stars for the sofa bed!

This place was perfect for us. It was even a little bigger than we thought. From the view of the Gulf to the condo, this was one of the best stays we have had. No more going to Seagrove. This was better all the way around.

Comfort review
The only critique I have is that the beds were not very comfortable. Even the master headroom had a very thin mattress that was painful to sleep on. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Was bummed that the elevator was out as bringing items up and down couple of flights for older couple was tough. Location was best! Away from pier (over 2 miles via beach walk), so not crowded. Beach was pristine, as was water. Interior furnishings were little worn, but pretty clean. Ice-maker worked in fridge, as did blender, coffee pot, toaster, stove/oven, and microwave. internet worked great and tv was good. It was overall a great experience.

Nice, quiet beach. Lovely facility.
It wasn’t crowded. The beach attendant was amazing. Plenty of wildlife to observe while on lovely walks. We enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I really enjoyed the property. The location was perfect. The view was absolutely stunning. My only complaint is that the bed was not very comfortable.

We loved the condo and the location. We did not have any problems during our stay. We loved eating breakfast on the balcony looking at the beach. Will be back.

We needed a whisk several times but there wasn’t one. The couch was horrible and needs replaced. Do not expect to be able to check in at 4:00 p.m. It was 6:00 before we received our door code. Overall, I would probably stay there again if we ever go back to Okaloosa Island.

We checked out today around 9:00am I wanted take the time out and share a few things with you. The property was great loved the location where we were. Beach was beautiful as always. I only have one complaint and it was the sofa in our unit. It is a shame that it is still there. We couldn't sit on it because we would literally go all the way down. It is old and worn out and should be replaced. Thinking it would be ok to slepp on it was even worst. Hard and thin ad it could be. We went out and purchased a air mattress to sleep on. Other than that we had a fabulous time!

Emerald Towers West was great! The reviews on this rental were accurate. The sofa was really bad so we didn’t sit on it and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Didn’t want to leave a review but I continued receiving a email asking so I’m just being honest. Sadly many travelers fill the same but the response is they can’t please everyone 🤷�♀️ The unit was well stocked in the kitchen and clean which were really appreciated. Perfect location, gorgeous views and extremely convenient parking and accessing your room. Wish the owners would just update at least those two most important areas to make this the ultimate room😊�
