The host, Lilia, is very welcoming and is on hand to provide everything you may need. Extremely good location, very calm and relaxing atmosphere.

The guesthouse owners are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Only some electric devices made a noise which disturbed.

Need to take a bus which takes 30 minutes to get to Burgas. Sarafovo itself is quite an annoying district, Not much to do there.

Location of the place is good, and two balconies are also great. Beds are comfy, room is spacious. Staff was helpful and gave me candles while electricity outage..

Internet connection broke every 15mins, no proper chair to sit on, and a shower curtain would be super useful in the bathroom, which was pretty smelly. Also the electric switch was buzzing very loudly.

The hosts were nice and friendly, they provided us with directions when needed. They even called us when we left thinking I forgot some jewellery in the nightstand drawer - it wasn't mine though, but it was nice of them to call and check and be willing to return it. :) Good location, close to the main street, easy to find, with the beach and restaurants a 5-10 minute walk away. We stayed in a double room with a balcony. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was big, towels and sheets were provided, as well as soap and toilet paper. As this isn't a hotel any other toiletries you need to bring yourself. There was disinfectant available at the front desk. The room has the basic amenities - double bed, 2 nightstands, a small table/desk , a small wardrobe, a small fridge, air conditioning and a TV. We had 2 cups, but there were no plates or cutlery (we brought our own) so if you want to eat in the room make sure to bring those with you. We were glad the room was big and airy. The balcony was small and there wasn't much of a view, we had a small a clothes hanger on it as well that came in handy. The WiFi connection was OK. For the price and what it is the room was great :)

The parking - we basically parked on the street, and parking spots there were scares, sometimes the hosts had to move their car to make room for ours. If the guest house's all rooms are full and all guests have cars I'm not sure if everyone can park close to it ,as the parkings spots on the street are hard to find because of all the other tourists and the locals.

It is very close to the airport and to the beach. Burgas is on 10 min by car and there is regular public transport to Sarafovo. There is parking place, restaurants, shops etc.
