The hotel was very nice and had many facilities. Location was fantastic but really what sale this place to me was the staff .So respectful,helpful, and amazing. I was so touched by their level of commitment.

The staff is the best here! Accommodating ladies at the reception and very friendly waitresses at the restaurant. The rooms are new and quiet. The view is great too. A very professional massagist works here, and I highly recommend taking a massage.

The ceiling above the swimming pool is damaged and you may feel a cold wind while going into the pool.

Excellent hotel with a good location in Dilijan, extremely clean & comfortable. The hotel welcomed us with room upgrades, fresh juice and wide smiles. We liked everything: room was clean and spacious, food was really delicious made with the best traditions of the Armenian cuisine, the wellness area, i.e pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi was a dream after a long day. Breakfast was nice, sufficient variety

Location is great, staff are great esp Tatev, the housekeeping lady and indoor pool personnel, indoor and outdoor facilities are great and good breakfast selection.

Bed can be more comfortable, summer makes the room really warm (hope air conditioning can be installed), showers can have full door to avoid getting the water escape from the shower area.

Staff at reception is very friendly and helping. We got an upgrade - and the room was nicely renovated. The architecture and all the fascilities, are really nice (for our taste ;) - a mix of old and new. There is even a billiard/snooker room with 3 tables (will find it in the Spa area). Car park - can be packed, but the security very friendly finds you a place. Food in restaurant/cafe for dinner was good ...

The hotel is located right off the main road Dilijan - Yerevan. There is 24/7 the noise of the road: at the 2 outdoor pools, at the outside seating, on the balcony (our room faced the road). We stayed over the weekend and mainly famillies as guests. You need to like kids. Breakfast: at peek times it is difficult to find a free table. The staff helps, though you might have to wait a bit. The assortment/choice and quality is just ok. Bathroom/shower: very small. There is no space for your own stuff. Smoking on the room/hotel balconies is allowed. You will know if your neighbors are smokers or not ... Prices in restaurant/cafe are in our view expensive (compared to a similar quality restaurant in Dilijan)
