Smeld like urin and crapp and it was realy cold and the heater didind run , the outlets didind work

Easy to find and plenty of parking. Breakfast as expected
Process on arrival. Had to go to another hotel (close by) to collect entry forms. Unexpected and caused uncertainty (at midnight) if I would actually get in. Unwillingness to change booking only a few minutes after original booking when I realized I had booked the wrong data

Late access great idea, no qualms about my dogs, nice ground floor room, lovely breakfast service, wonderfully helpful staff - thankyou 👍
