Duży, przestronny apartament ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami w kuchni i łazience. Można w nim poczuć klimat wloskich kamienic i innego swiata. Miła obsługa oferująca pomoc oraz porady jak zorganizować sobie czas.

Zatłoczone centrum miasta, ograniczona ilość miejsc parkingowych jest utrudnieniem dla rodziny z dzieckiem

Skvela poloha!

Velky apartman s dobre vybavenou kuchynou so vstupom cez tichy dvor a balkonom v spalni do ulice. Fantasticka poloha par krokov od hlavnej ulice mesta Via Etnea, rovnako par krokov od zastavky autobusu na letisko, pripadne stanice metra kto by potreboval. Blizko bol aj skvely trh, predajne potravin, pekaren, restauracie.. Majitel Luca velmi mily, ochotny a napomocny, komunikacia s nim bola bezproblemova.

Spalna je nad rusnou ulicou s barmi kde bol naozaj kazdy den hluk do neskorych hodin. Zatvoreny balkon to ciastocne stlmil ale ludom s lahkym spankom to naozaj neodporucam. Urcite vzhladom na velkost priestoru by sme ocenili vacsi televizor a idealne v spalni nie v kuchyni.

Nice stay in a cosy place

Location is perfect, only few meters walking distance from Via Etnea (the main street of the city) but the winw of the bedroom looks to a small quite street and only few cars passed during my stay. There are many food shops, bars and restaurants nearby and the tourists that rented the House can choose between dining out and cooking at home on 4 gaz burners. I liked the interior design very much, it combines elements of an ancient living space - the ceilings are curved, there are old style pattern floor tiles on the floor combines with dark red wood parquet, arches of ancient raw stone masonry form alcoves in the bedroom, the kitchen/dining room amd even in the bathroom. I liked the combination between ancient looking floor tiles and dark red solid wood parket. The bedroom is large, the bed is bid enough and comfortable. The kitchen space is big enough and easy to work in. The kichen is well furnished with all kind of kitchenware, plates, cups, glasses and cutlary. I found the bathroom - shower cabin, sink, dish and bidet - very clean. Part of the wall is cut off and a seat under the shower is formed. The Internet access is provided by Super Fast WiFi home network which worked really good night and day. I definitely will book again The House and I strongly recommend this accommodation to all tourists staying in Catania.

There was hot water all the time but I had to wait few seconds until it started cooling. Anyway I could say this was not embarrassing at all. There is tall dining table in the dining zone with tall bar chairs but I personally would prefer a standard dining table. As this si my personal preference, I don't think it is a defect.

A comfortable apartment right in the city center, I recommend it for lovers of nightlife who do not

The apartment is right in the center, easy access, well-maintained house, close to transport, shops, monuments. Modernly furnished.

The first floor above the bars is really loud, it was impossible to sleep without earplugs.

Superb

The aparment was very nice, spacious and clean. Silvio is very kind and helpful host. The location is very good. You are in the centre of Catania, thera are many restaurants, bars and shops. You can walk to main bus station in 15 minutes. And the best thing was everyday local market which is almost at the corner.

Highly recommend place to stay in Catania

Apartment has plenty of space, location is excellent, from the apartment you can easily walk to any place in the old city, it is close to supermarkets to. Staff is very kind and helpful for everything that you need.

We would recommend to put a few shelf's in bathroom for towels and shelf for shampoo in the shower cabin.

Can’t recommend this apartment! Sadly the stay wasn’t pleasant due to owners who failed to manage the cleaning

Good location, big size (especially for 2 people), washing machine, kitchen

We arrived at 8 PM on the check in day only to find out that apartment was still dirty from previous guests who on top of that heavily smoked in there. Only got the room cleaned by 10 PM which still smelled heavily like cigarettes! Owner of that apartment poorly handled the situation, didn’t provide any refund and wanted to leave us without a place to stay at 10 PM when we asked for refund. Bathroom moldy, and shower head was also broken. Apartment is also located on top of the bar, so it was very loud in the night. And WiFi in the bedroom was non existent, they use the WiFi from the bar downstairs which you could hardly catch

Loomy apartment in the central area

Perfect location in the historic centre, everything was accessible on foot - bus terminal for the beach, cafes, fish market.. going around the town in the evenings and always being close to the accomodation. The apartment was accessible via courtyard, it was possible to sit there in the evenings when kids were sleeping. The owner Luca was very helpful. Although the apartment is located in very central and busy area full of restaurants, it was possible to close the window and not to hear almost any noise from the street.

A diamond appartment - well down hosts.

The House is amazing - obviously owners have really thought of everything. It was huge and well presented. at first the area seemed a little rough BUT we then realised it was so close to everything so it was fine.....once use to the immediate area we felt good. The host was so very helpful with anything that was asked - lovely person. I would definitely stay at The House again. Thank you so much.

The area was a little daunting at first but we found it was close to everything. Everthing else was perfect. Very well appointed.

Best spot and good value choice, with support.

Palazzo and Apartment with Charme amidst an attractive multicultural environment, in the very center of Catania. Helpful service and support in any respect as Tourist Information is of owner Luca with Team himself.Excellent price to value relation.

May be that some kitchen utilities deserve overhaul. Rest fine.

Very good

Great size property in a really good location just off the main road through Catania. lots of bars, cafes and restaurant within a couple of minutes walk. The host was really friendly and helped with taxis to the airport.

can be quite noisy at night with two bars underneath the bedroom.

Great place

Amazing cozy apartment in the heart of Catania. All the furniture and supplies were in perfect condition as listed. Main shopping street is nearby as well as some of the most beautiful sights of the city. Friendly staff at the office will make sure you enjoy your stay.

everything - beautiful place with an AWESOME location. Very secure. Easy to get to - the girls at the tourist place (where you collect your keys) extremely helpful and genuine

the hot water cold water in the shower -- getting the temperature right -- however I am guessing all the apartments in this building would be the same.... such a tiny detail
