Pleasant stay in the old port.

The hotel is centrally located at the old port not too far from the old town. The room was comfortable for 3 persons and clean. There is no parking but we managed to find fairly easy in the surrounding streets (~150m away).

There is noise from the nearby bars until 4am. While this is not the responsibility of the hotel (maybe a better window insulation?) it might be disturbing for families with kids or for people with sound sensitivity or difficulty sleep.

Nice and big apartment. Phone them if you arrive late. WiFi not good so use mobiledata.

God location just half a block from the tour boats in the marina. A lot of space in the apartment and okay air-condition. It felt very safe.

We had told an approximate time when we should arrive (7pm) but was 30-40 minutes late. Nobody was there. We tried their ordinary phone number but nobody answered. There was luckily an emergency number and a man answered who arrived and gave us a key 5-10 minutes later. WiFi was not good. It took time to upload some photos (1920x1080) to Facebook. It was impossible to upload videoclips to Facebook.

The location is awesome.It’s close to everything,well equipped kitchen.The staff was friendly and helpful.

We really liked the hotel as it was so clean and so close to the centre.The room was cleaned evetyday.The staff was so welcoming .We had great holiday.Thank you.

EXCELLENT STAY IN KOS TOWN, NEXT TO THE HARBOUR

We were a family of three people. We got an apartment with two very comfortable rooms and a kitchenette, with a nice balcony and harbour view. Very clean. Personnel at the reception were very kind and available. Our stay was just for one night, prior to taking a ferry from the Kos town harbour. This was a main reason why we choosed Jasmine Hotel: it is really in front of the harbour, and therefore ideal for us to reach our ferry (5 min. walk). Around the hotel there are many restaurants, and also Jasmine hotel has one. We had a a great breakfast there, in the morning.

Everything was nice and fine. We will come again if we stay in Kos town.

Excellent apart hotel in the hearth of kos town

Friendly staff. They were very nice and helpful. Apartment is in the hearth of kos and short walking distance to the ports. I had apartment with seaview which I loved it. There were many restaurants and cafe just below the apart hotel which I liked it. The aparment was bigger than expectation which I felt very comfortable and as home. It was clean. It has kitchen and refrigerator which is also good to have this option available if someone wants to cook. Short distance to everywhere in town you would like to go. I would like to thank for hospitality of Jasmine hotel.

Budget accommodation in a great location

Great location. Close proximity to loads of restaurants and bars. 15 min walk from the port. Clean rooms with all the basics you need

furnitures are all old. shower is extremely small sheets and towels weren't so clean Double bed was seperating into 2 single bed when you are sleeping easily

Superb

Best location possible in city center. We got a room with view of sea and marina. Very accommodating staff. We were allowed to deposit our bags several hours after check out.

This is the best location at the Best Value!!

The manager and her staff were so welcoming and wanting to help with your questions and needs. The room was large with a kitchen and cooking supplies. But most of all that VIEW!!!!!!! Sitting out on the balcony looking at the lovely small harbor with the small fishing boats and tourists walking by or riding bikes was so comforting and peaceful. In addition it is in the best location. Don't miss this little jewel!!!

The kitchen needs a microwave oven plus a ceiling fan in both the bedroom and living area.

Pleasant enough stayover before leaving for foreign parts!.

We stayed at Jasmine apartments in 2020 and revisited again in 2021,for 3 nights. This time we had a room at the side of the building which wasn't as nice as on the front. The rooms themselves were spacious, and the air-condition unit was first rate. We had a nice enough balcony but as mentioned previously no real views apart from the hotel opposite.! The rooms were cleaned every day, and all was good.

No views to speak of, and the apartments are showing signs of age. And although room space is generous they soon look a bit bland even with our day to day belongings being there. But nevertheless all was good.Sophia,the manager was very pleasant, as was the cleaning lady so we will probable revisit in the not too distant future. Availability permitting

Great location, terrible staff, very average facilities.

Great location, right on the port. The size of the unit was big enough.

Even though i specifically mentioned that i would arrive between 5pm and 6pm and they aknowledge that this was fine, when i got there at 5:25pm there was nobody at the reception desk. I waited and waited, and waited. i rang the bell 300 times, i made loud noises, i called the phone number, nothing. Eventually one guest that was passing by told me that the girl sometimes hangs out with the guy from the reception of the hotel across the street, so i went there to inquire about her whereabouts, the guy had no idea but after i told him how long i was waiting, he told me he would give her a call. she showed up 20min later, with zero guilt of making me wait for nearly an hour. This is really not how you should be welcomed after travelling all day. Now the shower... as many other reviewers have stated, the shower is way way too small, you can barely move when you're in there, forget bending to wash your legs, the curtains stick to you as soon as you soap up so few seconds later you look like a wet mummy drapped in shower curtains... but hey at least the pressure was good and the temperature never failed. The cutlery wasnt very clean, the cleaning lady did the bare minimum every day, never changed a towel or a sheet the entire week i was there. The street is super noisy at night and you can hear everything inside, even with the windows closed. You can also hear everything going on in the hotel, the walls are very thin, bring ear plugs if you plan on staying there. When i left the cleaning lady told me i had to pay the city tax, fine by me, but then when i asked for the receipt she suddenly didnt speak english anymore, i insisted, she made a call and then wrote up a receipt herself, because of course the reception girl was not there (i saw her twice in 7 days).

Excellent location for the ferry terminal, room basic but very big, excellent air conditioning, very clean, good amenities and fresh crisp linen on comfortable beds

Lovely apartment - bedroom and living room/kitchen - in a very central location, big balcony, great view. Black-out curtains for a good night's sleep.

It was very hot and the air conditioner only cooled the bedroom, not the living room which we were using as a second bedroom. There was also very loud music from a bar very close by, so opening the windows instead of running the aircon wasn't an option. I'd definitely stay again in winter, or if I only needed the bedroom.

Good location, friendly staff

Large rooms, location directly on the waterfront. Balcony above restaurant terrace, so noise from bar/restaurant (first floor hotel room). Very friendly staff. Overall clean.
