Only Location
OLD resort with old furniture and now it is out of all standrads, one star type only

Only few items, person said we have two rooms rented so only few items. Wasn't ready 730am, sambhar was cold.

Location was good
The unwillingness of the website booking staff to even come on the line to resolve our issues. We had booked the room for two days but we could not come in the first day because our cars tyre burst . We had told them before still they charged for full two days.

No Hot water in bathroom, no hand wash soap provided unless asked. No water replanished unless asked.

Location near to Sinh sadan, nice clean and beutiful property. Comfortable rooms. Decent food. Very good Swimming pool, indoor , outdoor games.
Its about 1.5 km from Sinh sadan,. Still one may need to book taxi for Sinh sadan,. Book 6 am safari through Gujarat govt. Website cheaper than popular on web.
Property can take lead in booking safari for guests with pick up and drop.
Minor maintenance issues in room.

Location, ambience, meals, courtesy of restaurant staff.
General cleanliness of rooms, including the condition of the sofas, was unsatisfactory. There was a musty smell in the rooms. Inadequate cutlery was provided. No hot water in the bathroom in the afternoon and evening.

Food was delicious and room service was exemplary. Staff was very well behaved and would go out of their way to accomodate guest's requirement.
