Although there was no beach, the view overlooking the sea was beautiful and nice breeze all the time.
The hotel and facility looks rundown and need refurbishment.

The breakfast buffer was great. However, the staff were nothing short of exceptional. I couldn't recommend this hotel more, based solely on the staff.

Breakfast buffet was excellent.
The swimming pool wasn't clean at the day we come. After we stayed for 3 days, then it was better. The draining in the bathroom needs to be improved.

this hotel was nice, everyday they clean our room. the swimming pool was really big, everything you need was there. the hotel is big, breakfast was great with a lot of variety food. :) i like it.

There is a pool in front of the lng beach, enough swimming, max deepth 2.2m, with beach chairs around it. So you can enjoy poor and beach, but beach was not clean, messying so many plastic bottles, bags and others, not clear water. The bus staition is in front of the hotel without charge to the airport evrey 30 min free of charge, but no indication time table you just get it on coiming. (the bus body painted a green color ) Not provided service by the hotel.
The room's safety box was broken I could not use it. My room was city view side, there was a street and restaurant, it was very noisy. I was surprised when I was opening the window, it was not locked. I think there was problem in terms of the guest security. untril when I realized it, I had left room many times without a valuable itmes. A mini bar (bear beverages, noodle, snack ) without price list on the desk, I could not understand it's price. No outlet plug around the desk or bed, so it was a difficult to recharge my phone and PC on the desk. The building was very old so many places were broken.

good breakfast and service from staff; the pool is great and a short walk from a sandy beach. location is not that far from the night market.
it is a bit old and it looks like it is still under renovation.

Nice pool, large comfortable room, excellent staff. location close to the night market and town was convenient.
Not all the facilities were available, including the bar. Although it was nice to go elsewhere for sunset, the hotel made no real provision for that.

The hotel is tired and needs lots of work, the cleaning staff were rude and only changed the bedding once on our 10 day stay.

The resort is located in the center, i am very satisfied.
Staffs is friendly, good breakfast and where the place has a very nice sea view.
The resort'swimming pool is in fromt of the sea and looks grreat, unfortunately it's raining so can't enjoy. In return, the sunset scene after the rain viewed from pool absolutly romatic.
I am satisfied with the service here.
The Resort isn't have private beach, but using the public one next to around 30m is also an interesting experience for me.

The resort'staffs is very friendly, enthusiastic and kind, with strong locals character, their sincerity is different from the mechanical in similar hotels that i have stayed in.
When i complained that my room didn't have hot water, they took care of immediately and they looked very concerned about this with a very good attitude, that made me pleased!
I rewally enjoyed and relaxed at the resort swimming pool, it looked very nice, the water was very clean and haven't chemical smell.
A beautiful island, and i will be back

amazing breakfast, really nice huge swimming pool
hotel is being constructed and workers are really loud and yelling all the time, other guests are mostly chinese groups with kids and they are unbelievably loud. it says on their page they have 3 swimming pools and that are on the beach and none of it is true. the area aroune the hotel is really dirty and full of plastic and trash. we didnβt have hot water for almost all of our stay

The location was good, close to the markets. There was a scooter rental at the hotel, which made getting around the island a lot easier.
The pool was lovely and the staff very helpful.
The room was not as advertised. It was a huge room, but there was no bath as per the pictures, there was no desk or much furniture at all except the bed and a small table and chairs.
The beach was difficult to get to and you had to walk quite a way to get to a nice beach that wasn't dirty or rocky.

Hotel was too old, everything I touch no longer working: has no cold water, safety box not working, door lock is very hard to made it lock, unlock...

just a word of warning, the hot water is only solar so if the sun is out your fine. beds exceptionally uncomfortable. housekeeping come way to early and wonβt give up. the cold water that comes out of the shower goes all over the floor

We enjoyed our stay. The photos of the hotel corresponds with real life. The balcony was big and the room was spacious. Breakfast was good with huge variety. Excellent location.
There was no bar as per hotels website at the swimming pool. We asked one of the staff to put up an umbrella at the swimming pool for us but he said that he can't help us because it's too heavy to move.

The best times are gone for the hotel. The rooms are ok, but everything is a bit old and some of the equipment in poor condition. The breakfast is good and the staff friendly.
Access to the beach is very dirty. The distance to the beautiful sandy beach is at least 200 meters. In the pool cables hang from the place where the pool lighting was. The pool lighting and the lighting on the pool terrace are not working. I can understand that the pandemic is having a severe impact on a hotel. But here everything makes a loveless impression.
