Ponny is super nice and friendly. Always offers the best she can. As we had a night flight back home, she extended our check out time till we went to the airport around 6:30pm. She is very thoughtful and generous.

The host went out of her way to help us feel comfortable and know everything we possible needed to know about being in this area of Seoul. She is incredibly available and helpful! We are so thankful to have stayed there and would stay again for sure. We also loved the heated floors in the middle of the winter. It was perfectly cozy. We had what we needed close by and it was easy to get to and from.

The owner Ponny was so friendly and nice, the best was she went to the extend to ask his father to fetch us to the nearest subway station on our check out day as there was a distance for us to push our heavy luggage during this cold winter season ending our stay in seoul. I never expect Ponny to do this but her kindness action really warms our heart. I will definitely introduce our friends and relatives to look for residence unicorn for their holiday stay in seoul.

We stayed in the studio with single beds. While it was spacious enough, 6 adults sharing 1 bathroom was a challenge.

The host/manager was exceptionally congenial, communicable and helpful. She offered suggestions on restaurants, travel and other guides that pointed us in the right direction. The room was themed with unicorns and was extremely charming.

A bit of a tucked away hotel and in a location that was very much a business area of town.

The staff was exceptional - always quick to reply and extremely friendly. Ponny was just awesome all the way through! The residence may not be located exactly in the city centre, but there are many bus stops and tube stations around. The studio itself is really cute, exactly as on the pictures. All in all, this is excellent value for value and I definitely recommend this residence.

The room is very clean and comes with a lot of facilities included washing machine. Best part is the staff - Ponny, she speaks good English and provide details guidance all the way from Airport to hotel. Overall the impression is good. The area is a quite area with less tourist around. It also close to a metro station (Sinseoldong) about 8-10mins walks. Would highly recommend to stay there.

Ponny the host is amazing. i think she loves her job. ponny is a charming young lady. she gave us a free wifi egg during the hole stay and helped us planning our trips. really lovely!!!!
