House has lots of bedrooms and baths. House was in good condition. Kitchen appointments like poots, pans, bowls, tupperware (none) etc could be improved in both quality and quantity. Pool heater broke. However, with several maintenance visits, this was fixed and a credit applied. Owner checked in with me to make sure everything was going well and followed up. Recreational facilities, common pool, water slides, etc looked nice though I didn't get a chance to use them. Great place for a large family/group.

This house was immaculate! It is everything it described in the VRBO. I really appreciated that. Every room had a spacious bathroom all the amenities worked. We had 1 issue where the landscaping had been done and some of the debris had gotten into the pool. We called management and literally 5minutes later there was someone there and cleaned the pool. Absolutely phenomenal! They were absolutely the best.
Only suggestion I have is that they make the TVs in the common areas bigger. Other than that this house gets a 10 from me! 🔥

We have rented numerous houses for 20+ years. This house and the amenities made this house our best experience ever. There was room for everyone to spread out and truly enjoy. The catering services put this experience over the top!!!

Enormous house. Every room had designated bathrooms. Perfect for large families. 3 bedrooms bedrooms downstairs for elderly or ones that cant do the stairs. Bring your games for 2 tables of fun. For t.v. watchers various options. These are some entertainments we had. Let's not forget hot tub and pool outside. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

We enjoyed our stay from the beginning to the end. The only hiccup we had in the trip was the pool not being able to be cleaned until the second day of us being there. Other then that there was plenty of room for all of us. Thank you for having us.

The house was very misleading. This neighborhood was very nice though. We had a family member fall out of a chair and hurt themselves while eating breakfast, only to find that the chair had been previously glued together with wood glue. When we inspected the chairs..almost all of them had been “fixed” this way, and yet we were still charged damages. The pool did not turn on the entire trip and when I asked about this, I was told that it only ran on a “timer” and that the dial did not work. I was still charged for damages. It’s a great thing we decided to have house insurance, otherwise we would have been out even more money. The house was not stocked for vacation, nor was it deep cleaned in between visits. We had to purchase everything to use in the house including..toilet tissue, sponges, dish soap, dishwashing liquid, etc.

Everybody said that they would like to stay there again.
Only problem was that we had a uhaul filled with wheelchairs handicap scooter and we was told that if we leave it outside it would be towed so we but it in the garage

The property has all the room one would like however clogged hair when my guests all had bold heads but it's just how this property owner deals. We as home owners we know how wear and tear looks like and (PM) Preventive Maintenence. I think Vrbo should keep eye's opening. This place will not be on our list to rent.

Our foamily rented this Appt to go to Orlando and celebrate the 100th birthday of our Father. All our brothers, sister, daughter-in-laws, son-in-laws, grand kids and great grand kids were there. We enjoyed our stay together and celebrated this great occasion. When we requested a chair for our mother-in-law, 97 years old to sit and take shower, they bought one and supplied at once. The management is very kind and user friendly. We will definitely stay there again when an opportunity comes in future.

A family vacation to celebrate an anniversary. Everything was as described. Property was clean, everything we asked for, pack n play, grill,high chair was available. No real issues other than the spa but this was taken care of by the property manager with clear communications from the owner. Property is close to Walmart and restaurants. Pool was clean and was enjoyed by all. Will look to repeat on the next visit down

THE PROPERTY IS JUST A BEAUTIFUL IN PERSON AS IT IS ONLINE. THE OWNER COMMUNICATES WITH YOU QUICKLY. THE PROPERTY DOESN'T HAVE ACCESS TO ENCORE WHICH I NOW SEE WHY, THE POOL WAS ALL THEY NEEDED AFTER OUR ACTIVITIES. WE WILL DEFENITLY STAY THERE AGAIN. ..NONE OF MY FAMILY WANTED TO LEAVE, SO NEXT YR WE WILL STAY FOR 7 DAYS INSTEAD OF 5.. THE WASHER AND DRYERS CAME IN HANDY ALSO AS WE WERE ABLE TO WASH THE TOWELS AFTER AND LINENS BEFORE WE LEFT TO COME HOME.. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS THE HOUSE DIDN'T HAVE A CAN OPENER (LOL) IT HAD EVERYTHING BUT THAT... OTHER THAN THAT WE ALL ENJOYED OUR STAY

The second day we noticed the pool was not operating correctly. Orange Vacation Homes (Property Manager) trying tell us otherwise. The water was cloudy like milk, the filters was not operating needing replacing, and no pool lights. Two pool professional came and confirmed my complaints. The use of the pool was cut short during our week stay.
Darryl (property manager) never showed up to speak to us about the conditions, but took a video from the side of the house and told the owner the pool jets were good. There never was a matter about the jets. Well, the pool was never fixed
Including in the rental was a gas grill. The grill was so nasty, it wasn’t fix to cook food for a dog and they had the nerve to say its clean weekly. It wasn’t cleaned in a few months. Jim, the homeowner had it replaced within 2 hours.
When you think nothing else could go wrong, it did! The kitchen sink Food dispenser was clogged and the plumber found the pasta clogged in the pipes. Therefore, we couldn’t utilize the dishwashers or the kitchen sinks.
The air conditioner was programmed to 78 degrees. You was hot during the day and woke up sweating in the middle of the night. Orange Vacation Home programmed it for 74 degrees, but the homeowner reprogrammed it every time to 78.
The property is a pleasant home, but it has poor management and customer service. Customer services is extremely important to me and when its dismissed wrongs make right, my willingness to support or encourage other to do business with you is voided.
No one plans their vacation to deal with unnecessary matters and I have to say this was the worst vacation ever. My family travels to Florida twice a year and the house we normally rent wasn’t large enough to accommodate us, but our next will not be with this rental home or any home at Encore Resort at Reunion again.
It is my belief, the management company , Orange Vacation Homes was a disservice to the homeowner and didn’t render the expected services.

My family and I just stayed at this property this week. We had an amazing time! The house was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. We had a few issues (AC stopped working on the 3rd night and the grill caught on fire when we turned it on due to excess grease from previous use) the property manager Kelly was phenomenal! She was always available and made sure that things were taken care of. If I had to change anything it would be to ask for better wifi. We will definitely rent this property again in the future. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to celebrate my Dad's 60th birthday under the same roof. He had a blast and enjoyed his grandkids.

Perfect for a large gathering!
I can't say enough wonderful things about this home and the host! My family stayed at this home during our trip to Universal. It was the perfect place to relax after a day at the theme park. We had plenty of space for my entire family( 22 of us) to eat together, enjoy the outdoor heated pool and hot tub together and at the end of the night to go back to our own spaces. The host was very responsive throughout the entire process (prior to booking, during our stay and after) The property manager met us at the house once we arrived to ensure everything was in order and we did not have any questions or needs. The only minor issue we had which was no fault of the host was the shuttle to the theme park from the resort. After letting the host know that the shuttle was not going to accommodate our large group, he then offered to reimburse us for Ubers which was very kind of him. We ended up driving and it worked out great. Some of our party got sick and missed the days at Universal which was really tough. I contacted the host to ask about possibly staying another day because of our situation and he added another night to our stay. It was extremely generous of him and it was very unexpected. The host even asked for me to let him know how my family members were doing after being sick. So thank you Jim for allowing us to stay at your wonderful home, for your generosity and responsiveness. We will definitely be back!

The house size was good for our group of 10 adults. Wouldn’t recommend this property.
I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. The rugs, walls and furniture throughout the house had stains on them.
The pots and pans in the kitchen area were old and dirty. The outdoor grill area was filthy and the gas tank for the grill was empty.
The towels and linens were dirty as well I have photos of soiled towels that is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. In my opinion the house needs a complete makeover.
The property manager did respond to my calls and was very courteous,
Our group was very disappointed and will not return to this property.
