The condo was beautiful and looked very clean. The second day we noticed roaches in drawers and all over the kitchen at night. This made it super uncomfortable for us we don't normally complain but roaches is a big problem to us.

The condo was comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked with nice cookware,etc. Property managers were very responsive. We ordered something from Amazon. I expected they would put it on the step. Instead, they sent it USPS, so it ended up in the mailbox. When I texted management to request a mailbox key, they were there within an hour with the key. The location is where everyone wants to be. That is a good thing mostly, but sometimes it was a bit noisy. There are notes all over the condo about the plumbing. We were careful, and didn’t have issues with the kitchen sink. Sometimes when the people above us or when we showered, water backed up in our bath tub. We saw a plumber go to the unit next door with a drain cleaner. After that, our bath tub was fine. We probably should have contacted mgmt. early in our stay about the bath tub.

Super cute, well appointed unit with large outdoor space and walking distance to Carlsbad Village and beach. Comfortable king size bed. Loved the fact it came with gated parking.

The property is located is a prime spot! Great for walking to the village. They do a great job with the Unit. It’s nicely appointed for cooking. They supplied way more than I thought. The complex is so clean and the front patio on the bottom floor units are a good size and have nice table and chairs for eating on the patio or just sipping a couple cocktails. I would definitely recommend. The on-site managers were very helpful and quick to respond to any needs.

We loved our stay and would rent this location again.

Perfect vacation! Super clean and Lily is great to communicate with and fast response!! So close to walking to Carlsbad. We look forward to booking again!

As always we enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, easily walkable to town and restaurants, beach access 1 block away, and the bed very comfortable. Had only one small issue with internet connection but contacted the owner who resolved the issue within a day. Very pleased and will be back.

Clean and well cared for. Short walk to the beach, shops and coffee shops.

All of the accessories for the beach and the home were appreciated. The one minute walk to the beach was very convenient. The town was charming.

The condo had everything we needed! Excellent location within walking distance to town and a block from the beach. Great to have access to the grill and pool also. Great mattress, too!

Great location and very clean. The reasons for 4 stars are the bedroom needs a dresser and there are no towel hooks in bath and kitchen. Would like a 2 bedroom for our next visit.

We stayed here for the first time and loved it! We've had hits and misses throughout Carlsbad over the years and this was for sure a hit! The location was even better than expected (it's a half block from the public beach access), which was awesome. It's far enough from the train so you don't hear it all night long. It has new appliances and the inside is fresh and new. Our son slept on the pull out couch, so it was great for 3 people. Had everything you need to go to the beach too! We'll be back next summer! Thanks for a great rental and vacation!

The quaint updated apartment unit has secure parking, plenty of beach gear and is one block to the beach making it convenient to fill up the beach wagon and head to the beach for the day with our teenagers. At least four times that week we saw dolphins jumping and swimming along the shore. The complex is a few blocks walk to downtown Carlsbad where they have a farmers market on Wednesdays and easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, a great pastry shop called Elysa’s. We rode rental bikes from Carlsbad to Oceanside and if you have your own bicycles I would recommend bringing them since there are many opportunities to use them. We love to cook and the kitchen is well-stocked with appliances and dishes and even conveniently had coffee, main condiments, saran wrap and plenty of paper products. Pelly’s fish market is not to be missed and is right next-door to a Ralph’s. Pelly’s is short drive away and has delicious fresh fish as well as really great fish and chips. One of the days that we were there I watched as they filleted a 3 foot halibut. We enjoyed sitting on the private patio eating fresh fish tacos, watching people walk their dogs early in the morning and at dusk, but because of tall bushes and trees across the street we were not able to see the ocean from the patio. The street was a bit noisy at times with cars and garbage trucks throughout the week so it was a bit difficult to sleep in with the windows open. There’s no need for air conditioning since the unit has a great cross breeze and a ceiling fan in the bedroom which has a very comfortable king size bed. The owner promptly responded when we asked for a second boogie board and quickly fixed a leak that we noticed in the shower area. One thing that was missing were towel bars to hang up our towels. We would use clothes hangers to lay our wet towels on and then put them in the closet to dry each night . The laundry facility on site was very convenient . We loved our stay, were very comfortable and will return to enjoy the clean Carlsbad beaches!

Great location and overall a great place to stay. Will definitely consider again for a future trip. The condo was super clean and had everything needed from soap, dishes, bakeware, to beach towels and chairs. The beach, bars & restaurants, and shopping all at your doorstep. We didn’t need the car the entire trip. Only drawback is it can get loud as there is no AC so the windows need to be open all the time. There was no sleeping in. Also the checkin Time was stated as 3:00 pm on 1 communication, 3:30 on another, but when we got there we contacted the owner & was told 4:00. So we got stuck waiting around to check in.
