Fantastic apartment
We loved our week in this exceptional apartment with an amazing view of the sea. The balcony was our favorite spot, with peace and quiet and the calming noises of the sea.
The apartment is clean, modern and a great place to spend a week. Thierry sent us detailed information about the area and the apartment before our trip, which was a great help. Adrian was very welcoming when we arrived and during the week.
The area is great with the small paths to all the beaches - and very different beaches. We made a "tour de beach" to see all of them and enjoy the beach bars and the great nature during the walks. Our best recommendation to the apartment, Thierry and the area.

Notre séjour à la Toussaint s’est très bien passé. Le propriétaire a été aux petits soins. L’appartement est spacieux, agréable et très propre. Les plages sont à côté. Un véhicule est obligatoire pour les courses. Un excellent séjour !

schöne Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick, aber Probleme bzgl. Bettwäsche und Endreinigungsgebühr
Die Wohnung liegt im 9. Stock eines 10-stöckigen Mehrfamilienhauses direkt am Meer. Am besten hat uns der tolle Ausblick auf's Wasser gefallen! Morgens haben wir gerne draußen gefrühstückt, wenn es die Temperaturen zuließen. Die Einrichtung und besonders das große Badezimmer fand ich schön. Unsere Jungs waren begeistert von den naheliegenden Freizeitparks "PortAventura" und "Ferrari Land"! Auch die Sandstrände in der Umgebung haben uns sehr gefallen.
Trotzdem konnte ich die Zeit in Salou nicht richtig genießen, weil es mit dem Vermieter Thierry Probleme gab. Bei der Wahl der Ferienwohnung war uns wichtig, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden sind, da wir nur mit Handgepäck fliegen wollten. Außerdem besitzen wir wie die meisten Deutschen keine Bezüge für die in Spanien üblichen 2 x 2 m großen Doppel-Bettdecken für zwei Personen.
Direkt bei der Buchung haben wir zusätzliche Gebühren (ca. 2/3 des Übernachtungspreises) für Bettwäsche inklusive Reinigung bezahlt. Trotzdem informierte uns Thierry kurz vor unserer Abreise, dass wir Bettwäsche und Handtücher selbst mitbringen sollen. Auf meine Nachfrage hin antwortete er, dass die Reinigung nach Covid 19 Standards ein Problem wäre. Nach einigem hin und her und Thierrys Aussage "you are definitely very complicated" brauchten wir dann doch nichts mitbringen. Bezogen waren die Decken bei unserer Ankunft übrigens nicht, sondern wir hatten pro Doppelbett ein großes dünnes Laken, das wir über uns legten und die blanke Decke darauf.
Weiterhin sollten wir vor Ort ca. 1/3 höhere Gebühren als auf fewo-direkt angegeben für die Endreinigung bezahlen. Eine fewo-Mitarbeiterin bestätigte mir, dass dies nicht korrekt ist, weil der Endreinigungspreis unserer Buchung gilt. Thierry schickte mir daraufhin ein Foto der französischen Homepage "Abitrel", wo höhere Reinigungskosten angegeben sind. Gemäß Abitrel-Mitarbeiter handelt es sich um einen Übersetzungsfehler zwischen Abitrel und fewo-direkt. Dafür kann ich aber nichts. Trotzdem wollte Thierry, dass ich die Differenz bezahle und schrieb mir zweimal, dass die Wohnung groß und gut ausgestattet sei und der Betrag deshalb gerechtfertigt. Das hat mich alles ganz schön genervt. Sowas habe ich in keinem unserer vielen Urlaube bisher erlebt.
Normalerweise würde ich die Wohnung mit 4 Sternen bewerten, aber aufgrund des Ärgers sind es jetzt nur 3 Sterne.

Magnifique appartement avec vue exceptionnelle
Appartement fonctionnel et très bien aménagé, d'une propreté irréprochable. Il dispose de nombreux équipements, c'est la première fois que nous louons un bien avec autant de vaisselle il y a tout ce que l'on peut souhaiter. La literie est très confortable. Le grand plus de l'appartement est sa vue magnifique sur la mer, nous avons pu admirer le soleil se lever sur la mer c'était génial. Thierry, le propriétaire est très attentionné. C'est sans aucune hésitation que nous relouerons cet appartement.

Apartamento precioso
Apartamento decorado muy bonito y con unas maravillosas vistas al mar desde una terraza muy amplia.
Tiene todas las comodidades, cocina muy completa con electrodomésticos de primeras marcas, dos cafeteras, tostador, plancha y todo tipo de menaje. Baño grande con una gozada de ducha muy amplia y un baño más pequeño pero con ducha también.
Las cenas en las terrazas son para disfrutar. Se está genial.
Cerca hay varias calas pero para ir a las playas de Salou o la Pineda es necesario coche, están a 10 minutos.
El apartamento está muy bien, muy limpio, es estupendo.

Perfecte vakantie
Appartement voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. Eigen parking, schoon, mooi balkon. Schitterend uitzicht op zee. Op een paar minuten lopen strand, met bar en mooi uitzicht.
Salou centrum is ongeveer 4 km, je kan lopend via een pad langs de zee, of met de auto (Nog geen 5 minuten).
Perfecte vakantie gehad. 5 sterren voor alles.

Great Apartment fantastic views
The property is a first class apartment with absolutely amazing views. Facilities excellent (you can even get uk tv through the smart tv!!). Parking secure and easy to use. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to be close but not in the thick of Salou.

Merveilleux séjour à Salou dans ce bel appartement avec vue directe sur la mer à 180°.
Quand on regarde vers l'extérieur, on a vraiment l'impression d'être en croisière. Il ne manque que le tangage.
Appartement fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Il ne manque absolument rien pour la vie quotidienne.
Très bonne qualité des literies.
Nous venons d'y passer trois semaines et nous recommandons fortement cette location.
Le propriétaire Mr Thierry Bailliet est sympathique et attentif pour assurer le bien-être de ses locataires.

Séjour excellent dans un environnement extraordinaire.
Entre descriptif et photos de l'appartement consultés lors de la location et la réalité, rien ne diffère. Cet appartement très clair, aménagé avec goût, parfaitement équipé avec du matériel de qualité est à l'image de Thierry son propriétaire, chaleureux et à l'écoute de ses occupants.
L'environnement est aussi exceptionnel, au calme, sans vis à vis, une vue à 180 degrés sur la Méditerranée, des bateaux de tous types navigants à l'horizon ou entrants et sortants du port de Tarragone, les bateaux de pêche qui viennent poser et relever leurs filets à moins de 100 mètres de la terrasse, le tout rythmé par le phare de Salou situé sur la droite de l'immeuble..... l'ensemble donne l'impression d'être embarqué pour une croisière de rêve mais sans risque de mal de mer !
La phase la plus difficile du séjour, quitter les lieux, mais comme nous, vous repartirez avec des images plein la tête et une seule envie, y revenir.

Tolle Wohnung hoch über dem Meer!
Diese Wohnung können wir sehr empfehlen!
Zu viert hat man in dieser Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern mehr als genug Platz. Die Terrasse schätzten wir besonders. Wir nahmen eigentlich alle Mahlzeiten draussen ein und verbrachten auch sonst viel Zeit dort - das war schon etwas Besonderes, so hoch über dem Meer...
Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet, verfügt über alle notwendigen Küchengeräte. Bett- und Frottierwäsche muss man allerdings selber mitnehmen.
Die Wohnung liegt etwas abgelegen am Kap, zur Ortschaft Salou sind es ca. 15 Autominuten. Ohne Auto ist man dort draussen etwas verloren. Zwar kann man direkt beim Haus im Meer baden, aber nur über die Felsen, via Leiter. Der nächste (kindergerechte) Sandstrand liegt 10 Gehminuten entfernt, am Leuchtturm vorbei. Das erwähnte Schwimmbad war nicht in Betrieb - wie es aussieht, wohl schon seit längerem.
Mit Thierry, dem Besitzer hatten wir Kontakt per Mail. Es war sehr unkompliziert. Für Anliegen vor Ort ist der Hauswart erreichbar.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, merci beaucoup, Thierry!

Tolle Wohnung - unbezahlbarer Ausblick !
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen ! Ruhige Lage, trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten im Trubel von Salou oder am schönen Sandstrand La Pineda. Der Ausblick direkt auf das Meer ist wunderschön, wir haben jeden Tag morgens und abends draußen gegessen. Man sieht außerdem den Hafen von Tarragona und die vielen Schiffe, die jeden Tag rein und raus fahren. Sehr interessant!
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles ist neu und modern. Die Küchenausstattung ist perfekt, alles an Koch- und Essgeschirr + Besteck ist mehr als ausreichend vorhanden.
Die Betten sind auch neu und bequem, allerdings sind keine Bettbezüge / -laken vorhanden, die muss man mitbringen.
Durch die Bauweise des Hauses, z. Bsp. mit den Lichtschächten an den Balkonen, ist es recht hellhörig. Man hört also ziemlich viel von den Nachbarn oben und unten. Wer also keinen guten Schlaf hat, sollte Ohropax im Gepäck haben. Außerdem sind die Schlafzimmer nicht klimatisiert und werden dementsprechend sehr warm. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört.
Den Gastgeber Thierry haben wir nicht persönlich getroffen, aber er war jederzeit per Mail erreichbar und hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut, vielen Dank Thierry !
Wir empfehlen die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter.

The closest beach with shops and bars is only 5 minutes walk away. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would visit again in the future.

Les points positifs : L'appartement correspond à 100% à la description ; très propre, très fonctionnel ... Vous vous sentez chez vous ; un parking très pratique ; Bien que la copropriété ne soit plus toute jeune elle est propre et entretenue par des gens charmants.L'appartement est à 200m à pied d'une jolie plage et proche de toutes commodités.
Les points négatifs : la piscine ne se trouve pas dans la même copropriété ; la vue depuis le balcon laisse apparaître au loin un port industriel.
La ville de Salou est à fuir ...

We were looking for peace and quiet and a chance to just get away, We found it !!! This apartment sits on a rocky coastline in Cap Salou in quiet neighborhood next to a lighthouse. We spent 12 days there and were never disturbed by others in the building. At night you will be lulled to sleep with the crashing of the waves and by day you can enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and watch the ships and sailing fleet as they come and go into the port of Tarragona. The apartment is situated in an older building but it has been totally and beautifully renovated. Everything is new and tastefully done. The furniture was so comfortable I wanted to take the couch and bed home with me. The balcony is situated so as to give you privacy while enjoying your time outside. You can fish from the patio below or swim off the rocks and swimming ladder provided. There are elevators and shopping carts to help you move your luggage to your room. The owner is very accommodating, friendly and quick to respond to your emails. I plan to stay here again and I hope you will enjoy your stay as much as we did. Kyle H. Guadalajara, Spain.
