Really great place to stay in Thredbo with a group of 4 people!

This is a very comfortable place to stay at Thredbo. Quick walk to the main ski lifts, shops and restaurants. Level entry with the car space right by the door. Excellent views of the mountain. Loved the sauna and open fireplace. Well laid out with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so each room has their own bathroom. Great water pressure in the shower. The code locked door made it easy for everyone to come and go. Heated floors in the bathroom and kitchen were an added luxury.

Carpet a little stained, but understandable given wear and tear of being on the ski fields. Beds were firm but ok.

The location of the apartment was great.

No milk in the fridge. Very, very small ensuite.

Great location, plenty of room shame about the dated and dysfunctional contents and lack of cleaning

Great location close to restaurants and not to far to Gondola. Parking supplied next to unit. Bus also stopped adjacent to unit. Good size for a small family like ours.

Given the high rating and high cost of unit ($3400 at tail end of season), we were both surprised and disappointed on arrival with the many defective, dangerous and antiquated items in the unit plus the lack of cleanliness of same. We took this up with the property managers (Henley Holidays) on the Monday and heard nothing until the end of the week with no resolution during our stay offered. Especially concerning were the electrical safety issues - sauna/master bathroom/outside light damaged and the missing handles from the very few cooking pans supplied. The unit was also only very lightly cleaned with plenty of dust/grime around… we were unable to use sauna (no light) - we also refrained from using fireplace as noted so many burn marks in carpet from inadequate guard for the fireplace and did not use master bathroom at night due to lack of safe light (a bedside light was supplied sitting on the vanity next to water basin!)... it would be great too if someone could address the water hammer issues through complex as woken regularly during every night and fix the old mould/rising damp/rot (yuk) in the shared bathroom...

A spacious unit in the heart of Thredbo Village, needs maintenance and could do with an interior upgrade.

Spacious unit in a great location within Thredbo Village, nice outlook, sauna, spa and open fire.

Poorly maintained, old worn out fittings and furniture. The fire control panel sounded a load annoying false alarm every morning around 1am! Gas Heater didn’t work, poor or no instructions for fire wood location, when we found the door to the fire wood store where’s the key? there was no kindling. A light fitting fell from the ceiling, shower screen coming off tracks etc.

Spacious functional apartment perfect for a family

The location was nice and quiet and out of the village but only a short walk. The ski shuttle was directly opposite which was great. The living and dining area was spacious enough for us the have friends for dinner. The sauna/drying room was very handy and the entrance area was great for leaving all your skis.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable and the other bedroom said King single beds but they are definitely single. Every morning we had an oily bacon smell waft into the main bedroom which was a bit strange.

Comfortable and well located apartment.

Great location. A fairly easy flat walk to the village. Accommodation very spacious for a group of 4 adults. Being able to sit outside on the balcony and enjoy the autumn sunshine was enjoyable. Communication from the agents was excellent. Very helpful and prompt.

Too many trinkets and ornaments. A bit too much of the owners personal furnishing in the lounge dining makes you feel like you are intruding in someone's home. It would be helpful to have a sponge to wipe down kitchen benches - there were only scouring pads. As our group had 2 cars it was difficult to find a park for the second car and the overnight carpark was a long way from the apartment.

Perfect ski holiday

Lovely, well appointed space. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The Sauna was the perfect end to each day skiing and the fire place was a lovely addition

Easy walk to shuttle and village centre. Loved the fire place, sauna and underfloor heating.

A little dated but still comfortable.

It was nice, but will consider some place else next time.

The property was good. Spacious and had facilities that was good for families. Laundry, wi-fi, outdoor area.

The gas was left on our arrival. There was no mop. And there could have been a hanger for clothes perhaps?
