About this condo rental
Best location in Ocean City Three bedroom home with two full baths overlooking the ocean. Sit on your covered deck and enjoy Great open views to the south, or the sunrise over the ocean. Master bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom. One bedroom has bunk beds and the other has two twins . There is also a sofa bed, if needed Kitchen has beautiful granite countertops. Living room has a sofa and love seat with a marble fireplace

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house! The location is perfect-close to everything but still quiet and serene! The view is fabulous and the owner was very helpful and accommodating! And we were able to bring our little dog!

We absolutely loved our stay. Every morning we were able to watch the sunrise from the front porch. Everything is within walking distance. Loved it!

Great place right on the boardwalk. First time bringing our Golden Retriever and he loved it. The house was clean and roomy. Beds and kitchen pans could use an upgrade but it’s just an observation not a real complaint. The owner was responsive to messages. You can’t beat having your deck on the boardwalk with a beach view and your dog too! We will definitely be back next year.

Would never stay again. Dust everywhere. Dishwasher did not get food off dishes. Dryer took hours to dry a medium size load. Floors had sand and gobs of hair

Had trouble finding the place. Shower had sand and hair from a blocked drain. AC was broken and wasn't fixed until the following afternoon. Very musty smell. The dishwasher had not been run and was full of dirty plates. Final negative was a mouse that ran across the floor during the evening.
Positives, It was a great view and location to the boardwalk. The potential is great, It just needs to be taken care of.

Great location with responsive owner. Home has an ant issue. Found ants on kitchen island daily. Found ants in 2 of 3 bedrooms. This took the shine off of a great house in an excellent location. Not much that could be done about this in short term, but should be addressed asap. Tv in living area was not functional when we checked in. Tv remote for Tv was corroded? And not working. Manually able to turn TV on using controls on rear of Tv. Remote for cable had old batteries and once replaced with batteries supplied by owner, TV worked as expected. In closing owner was very helpful coordinating check in and answered questions in a very timely manner.

Amazing vacation in part because of the incredible location of this property. The view over the dunes was breathtaking (even during a storm). Only 2 blocks to the start of the businesses on the boardwalk. Off street, covered parking, was a bonus. Plenty of space for 7 of us. Property needs some TLC but there were updates and owner was very attentive. We would stay again!

Right on the beachfront and close to boardwalk hub yet far enough away to be quiet. Nothing like sitting on the porch and watching the surf! One of the older Ocean City properties that has recently been updated.

Great location with house on the boardwalk & close to beach.
Listing was accurate but cabinets & closets could have been cleaner & organized for a rental.
Dog Friendly which is great.
We brought our own sheets & towels.
Overall the house & location worked for our family vacation for the week.

Property was clean, owner was great. We just love the location. We park our car and walk everywhere. Or rent a surrey from bobs a block away. Open floor plan, kitchen and bathrooms nice. We love the balcony. You can watch the waves crash on the ocean and wave to the people cruising the boardwalk.

Great location, great ocean and boardwalk views. Property needs some updating, windows are original and don’t latch properly, peeling floor in kitchen, stains on ceilings indicate prior leaks, etc.

We chose this property for its location and it did not disappoint. The view was breathtaking! It’s an older property with nice upgrades. We had a great time and enjoyed the First Night festivities.

The location with direct access to the boardwalk was a plus. Plenty of space in the kitchen/living room for all 8 of us.

Was awesome watching sunrise from porch with a cup of coffee. Easy access to boards and beach. Could see and hear the crashing surf at high tide!

We were very please with the unit. Although the building itself is a bit outdated, the interior has been nicely upgraded. The owner was very attentive and excellent to work with. The only negative was smoking by the neighbors on the shared deck.

The cleaning was subpar. we found cookie wrappers under beds the floors were Sandy and other places had stuff on them that we had to wipe off. The owner did get the air conditioner fixed within an hour and a half so that was a plus. The view was great but I’m not sure if I would return. The cleaning fee should’ve been refunded.

Stayed for the week because of my daughters wedding at The Flanders. Communication with Brendan was great. Loved sitting on the porch and the views.
