Bom custo benefício.

Localização proximo ao centro conforme descrito. Funcionarios agradaveis e solicitos.

Cafe da manha foi o mesmo durante os 3 dias de hospedagem e nao inclui proteína com ovo ou queijo. Nao tem frigobar nos quartos.

Nette en schone kamer. Heerlijk bed, voor het eerst een zacht bed! Water, koffie en thee kan je gratis pakken de hele dag door. Personeel is erg vriendelijk, wij kregen zelfs een ontbijtje mee gezien we voor het ontbijt al moesten vertrekken. Locatie is prima, wel moet je een fiets ofzo huren om naar het strand/kasteel te kunnen gaan. Genoeg restaurants in de omgeving. Fiets kun je bij het hotel huren voor 200 pesos per dag.

Quiet, peaceful, perfect. The best home away from home I could have asked for!

I don't know where to begin... I was so fortunate to have been able to call Los Arcos home for 11 days. And home it was. Everything about this hotel far exceeded my expectations. Location: It can't be beat. This hotel is situated two blocks north of the main road where all the action is, yet it's very quiet. Everything dowtown is walkable, but if you're like me and prefer to dine where the locals eat, there are plenty of options nearby. It is a 10 minute walk to the ADO terminal, and also very close to the Collectivo stop. Room: I was in room 14, at the end on the second floor. My room was remarkably clean, and huge! My room was freshened up daily, with garbages changed, bed made, and fresh towels provided. The room received a thoroughly deep clean twice during my stay, which was more than adequate. I found this room incredibly tranquil. The bed was so comfortable, and I can't remember the last time I've slept so well. The a/c worked flawlessly, cooling the room off within minutes after coming back after a day spent out in the sun. Facilities: It's obvious the staff take great pride in maintaining the property here. I enjoyed my evenings sitting on the loungers near the pool under the large palm trees. The pool was lovely. There is a fountain turned on during the day, so you can enjoy the sounds of water cascading down and birds chirping. I also really appreciated the communal fridge in the main lobby area, and even more, the hotel kitty Fanta kept me good and entertained. Services: The staff at this hotel are so very friendly and helpful. The ladies at the desk greeted me with a smile every time I came and went from the hotel. The daily breakfasts were also delicious, and the variety changed daily. The unlimited drip coffee was available at all hours which I appreciated greatly. I could say so much more, but I'm running out of space to leave more comments here.

Ik raad deze accommodatie zeker aan voor een ieder! Die in Tulum wil verblijven voor een paar dagen

Het vriendelijke personeel en vooral behulpzaam. Het Kleinschalig gelegen accommodatie is een mooie uitval basis voor Tulum. Alle noodzakelijke winkels zijn op loopafstand. (5 min) Een klein blokje om en je staat aan de Main street van Tulum waar je overal kan eten of langs de winkeltjes lopen.

L' emplacement est parfait. Très grande chambre. Personnel sympathique et efficace. Très beau patio bien ombragé. Le petit-déjeuner inclus dans le tarif.

Very nice stay in downtown Tulum

The staff were excellent and friendly, very helpful and kind. The hotel room is basic, but the hotel provides great value for the money, because they include a light breakfast and they had a small pool that was nice to cool off in. The location is great, it is in downtown Tulum close to a lot of good restaurants, shopping, just a couple of blocks away from the main road through town.

The main issue I had was that the beds were very hard, and I had trouble getting used to them. I also would have liked our sheets to be washed a little more since we stayed quite a few days at the hotel.

Calme, reposant et proche des différentes activités je recommande

L’emplacement top, très calme et en même temps très proche de tout. Chambre confort et spacieuse, petit déjeuner inclu top, la madame de l’accueil de la journée est vraiment très gentille et attentionnée, elle a répondu à nos questions et nous à donné une petite carte postale en souvenir de Tulum :)

Attention juste aux toilettes qui se bouchent si vous jetez le papier dedans.

Nette Innenhofanlage, aber mageres Frühstück

Die angestellte Rezeptionistin sowie das weitere Personal waren extrem freundlich und nett. Über den Vormittag gibts Kaffee zur freien Entnahme. Zudem gibt es durchgehend Wasser zur freien Entnahme.

Wenn ich wieder in Tulum buchen müsste, hätte ich gerne gewusst: Das Frühstück ist winzig (2 Toastbrote, Marmelade, ein Glas Saft und ein paar Scheiben Früchte). Es wird als „im Preis inbegriffen“ angegeben. Versteckt gibt es aber eine Gebühr von 50 Pesos pro Nacht/Person. Der Umfang des Frühstücks entspricht aus meiner Sicht diesen 50 Pesos. Das Internet ging in unserem Zimmer (Etage oben) fast nie. Das Fernsehprogramm (über Internet) ging daher auch nicht zuverlässig. Die Betten haben alte Matratzen mit spürbaren Federn. Das Zimmer ist mit kaltweißen Spots beleuchtet. Leider nicht sehr gemütlich. Nochmal betonen will ich das nette Personal. Der Eigentümer sollte jedoch mAn seine Preise weit nach unten anpassen. Gezahlt habe ich ca 52,00 Euro für das Standardzimmer, 2 Personen in 02/24.

La amabilidad de quienes atienden, desde la recepción hasta quien te sirve el desayuno. Las instalaciones estuvieron bastante adecuadas y limpias. La piscina agradable y el espacio al aire libre también. Con la chica de la recepción puedes coordinar tours y te realizan todo el trámite, hasta puedes pagar ahí mismo. Lo recomiendo totalmente :)

Parkplatz vor der Tür. Ruhige Gegend. Leckere Tacos Bar in der Nähe. Wir hatten ein riesiges Zimmer. Küche leider spärlich ausgestattet. Frühstück war lecker.

La gentillesse et le sourire du personnel. Là proximité du centre ville et des bus. Le petit déjeuner le matin .

Buen aire acondicionado e internet. Una de las camas era cómoda, la otra para nada. Hay tv con cable.

Excesivamente ruidoso (del patio, de otras habitaciones) y entraba mucha luz por la ventana, a pesar del blackout. Hay agua caliente pero como solo sale hirviendo y no se la puede entibiar con la fría, es como no hubiera, tuvimos que bañarnos directamente con agua fría. Mosquitos dentro de la habitación.

Very good location and value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Location very convenient. A lot of restaurants and bars nearby and walking distance from bus station. Good value for money with breakfast included as well.

E smell of sewage coming from the toilet but resolved by keeping the door closed.

Think twice before booking a room there

Location a few blocks to Tulum center

Breakfast is so limited you are hungry in the next two hours. Staff is rude and lacks customer service and a positive attitude. Shower didn't have hot water some days and the water had a weird smell. Towels were changed every 4 days. Pool was not so clean.

Absolutely recommended for a great stay on a budget.

The property was much better than we expected, great location and great price. Been moving around in Mexico for over a month now and this was easily the best place I’ve stayed at. You can also rent a motorbike through the hotel which was a definite plus since we tried on our own and every rental place said they had no more scooters available.
