Everything! That place is perfect for a family. Great pool. Employee are so nice. We are happy about our stay there!

We have been travelling SE Asia for 1.5 years and this is by far our favorite place we have stayed. Staff were just wonderful - so friendly the entire time. There was daily cleaning which was fantastic. Anything we needed staff helped with - hiring tuktuks, check out times etc. The pool is just gorgeous, the sun hits it and it is so clean and well kept. There is a mini shop by reception which is excellent for anything you need at all times. We absolutely loved our stay and could not recommend this place more highly. The beds were comfy, rooms were big, with 2 showers and a balcony.

It is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed. They helped me a lot during my time in Siem Reap, actually saved my career. I went to Siem Reap for meeting. And at 10 pm on the day before the meeting, I just realized that i forgot my suit at home. So I went to the reception, shared this to one lady in order to seek any advice. She told me that in the next day, she will book a tuk tuk to take me at 7am to the wedding shop and rent one, the breakfast will be ready for me at 6:30. The hotel did exactly what they said and I was satisfied with the suit I got (cheap price as well, both for the suit and the tuktuk). Thanks to this, the meeting was great. On the day back home, because of virus Covid situation, I asked them to buy some mangos for me as present for our colleagues. And these mangoes are delicious, everyone liked it. So I would like to say thank to the hotel and I would love to stay one more time if having any business or traveling here.

One point is that I stayed on the 4th floor and the internet connection is not good.

The family room is spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable, free shuttle pick up from airport, affordable price

The road access to the hotel is not good, the towel has a bad smell

Spacious quiet rooms with comfortable beds, huge bathrooms. Pool, although small, was very pleasant. Great choice of breakfast dishes. But most of all, the staff was very helpfull, we (2 families) arrived very early and left late evening, there was no problem with early check in but also we could keep one room for late check out, really appreciated this. Btw, you can find nice markets and street food nearby.
