Cosy, comfy & cute studio apartments in central location

Location - few mins stroll into Adamas town centre/port, with restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets, and bus stop for connections to other parts of the island. Also located on a quiet street. Hotel - beautiful property with a small but decent pool with nice breakfast area (buffet, included in my rate). Room - super spacious studio with a kitchenette (though I didn't make use of it) and a cosy balcony to sit & relax that provided sunrise views from my allocated room. Decent bathroom with toiletries provided. Room was all marble, including the bathroom furnishings, which I couldn't get enough of. It really felt like an island escape. Bed was so soft & comfy, sitting atop a marble (?) bench style base with lighting around the base. Furnished with a mirror/chair, open wardrobe area, iron, TV, AC, safe, and sofa nook with cosy pillows for reading or relaxing.

It would have been good to have a fly screen on the balcony doors to keep the glass open at night for air without letting mosquitoes in.

Overall quite enjoyed it and would return.

Too.much pastry, but the lady.doing.the breakfast was fantastic..it.was close enough to.the.centre. Shower/Air con was excellent

Checking in, despite informing we were due to arrive, there was no one to meet you. Had to guess how.to obtain keys. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Also left my quite expensive.earphones in the safe, contacted Moschoula but have not got back to me. My fault I know, would have appreciated return call

Bene ma non benissimo

In primis la cordialità della signora che preparava le colazioni che ci accoglieva sempre con un sorriso un punto a favore gli accappatoi sono stati comodi la connessione internet molto buona

Ci è stata assegnata una camera seminterrato totalmente differente dalle foto della camera che avevamo prenotato

Great location and lovely staff

We had a lovely stay. We arrive in the evening (which was later than expected) and the staff had left us a plate of food and a bottle of wine in our room, which was much appreciated after a day of travelling. All the staff were very cheerful and happy to help if needed. The room had everything we needed and the shower was excellent. The breakfast was all homemade, and there was a lot to choose from. It wasn't an eggs and bacon type breakfast, but more traditional. Despite being full at the time, the hotel was very quiet during the day and at night, which suited us. The location was really good, only a few minutes walk from the port. We hired a quad bike from a place nearby to get around the island, which we could easily park across from the hotel at any time of day. There are so many beautiful beaches to see in Milos and Moschoula Studios was a great base.

Cute and beautiful, everything at the same place.

From the looks of it, you think it’s a small place but when you start staying, you realise it’s literally got everything - books to read , games to play , balcony to just hang out on. At to top it all, it’s also got home made breakfast for you every morning which is brilliant.

There was nothing really not to like about the property. I am finding it hard to be picky really.

Friendly and accommodating staff made my stay extra enjoyable!

Staff is kind and welcoming; nice balcony to dry bathing suits and other clothing; Allowed use of pool, poolside shower and bathroom after checkout which was very nice since my flight was in the evening

Very friendly breakfast lady.

The best part of our stay was the amazing homemade breakfast. The lady that made it all was so friendly,

The room was basically under ground and very hot. The air conditioning was none existing. Also the door lock was broken and very hard to open and close. We never saw the owners so were unable to ask for assistance. I’m sure it was just a problem in our room but it would be nice to see someone in charge you could go to.

Suggestions for breakfast improving

Stuff was really friendly, location is great

Hotel spent a lot of effort in preparing some special things and pastries for breakfast. I would recommend to simplify the breakfast and make it more European and make sure the things stay warm during the whole breakfast window or at least there is a way to heat them. Greek yogurt was good, I would add a toaster, boiled eggs or improve the omelette as it was always cold and only 1 egg.

the location is perfect the lady that works there from Albania is amazing! very nice size for the room and it has a kitchen and a great pool

there were mosquitos in the room ande the cleaning wasn’t great the breakfast it’s only ok

A nice stay in a good location

Nice large room with a big bathroom and lovely big shower. The pool was great (and just about warm enough to swim in!) and pool towels were provided with the sun loungers. We weren't huge fans of the breakfast options but it was still nice to try traditional Greek breakfast foods, and having it included was great value for money. Location was very good! Easy walk to the port/shops/restaurants/bus stop :)

Our room was quite dusty. We must have been the first of the season to use the room, but I would have hoped they would have dusted the surfaces to make sure it was all fresh and clean before the first use... We also had a little issue with our shower when we first arrived, but that was quickly fixed and after that it was a lovely shower!

Absolutely lovely

The staff were super lovely, the pool area was really great for relaxing. The breakfast was all home cooked and delicious. The room was beautiful, and the host had left fresh roses on the bed, wine and some snacks out for us which was a lovely touch.

The breakfast was a quite carb heavy so I would recommend more protein and some vegetables but was very yummy.

Small family business aparthotel, great location, amazing hostess!

Great and helpful host, freshly cooked breakfast, everything was very clean.

The kitchenette had few kitchen utensils, making it difficult to properly cook.

perfect location, just 5 min walking from the port. The design of the rooms are all the details are very beautiful. The staff is super friendly and helped us a lot. they receive us with wine and home made snacks which is a fantastic detail, the breakfast was super good, everything hand made, even the cheese and yogurt is done for them. I really recommend this hotel it really worth it.
