It's cheap but you will not sleep. Good if you want to spend the night dancing in your room.

Staff were friendly and offered me an alternative room because of the UNBEARABLE noise. Good rooftop and Indian food in the rooftop. Good laundry service (fast, cheap, professional)

This hotel should close down because it's located right next to 2 bars with HUGE LOUDSPEAKERS that play ULTRA HIGH VOLUME MUSIC until dawn. Hotel staff say the bars cannot be stopped, and the hotel building is built in such a way that most rooms face the bar area on the front and back (toilet). So just close it and move honestly... No sound isolation so SLEEPING IS NOT AN OPTION. If you stay here, YOU WILL NOT SLEEP. Breakfast is awful, like the small room it's served in. I asked the hotel for a delivery to the Ghana border (there is a hotel van) and they asked for 5000 FCFA when I could easily get a taxi or order on GoZem for 1500, which I did obviously. Hotel also offered a bad exchange rate dollars-FCFA, so I changed money on the street for a better price. Hotel is located in a faraway neighbourhood, in a very poor area of town, surrounded by rubbish and squalor.

Great hotel for a short stay, but get a room at the back, music is loud in the front at front

The folks at the hotel were great, if I go back to Lome, I will stay there again

It's a nice place however they need to improve on the complimentary breakfast to go round

The staff that can speak English were very friendly

The food, complimentary breakfast is not always enough for the guest. If you get to the restaurant like an hour to the end time, you may not meet food again. I experienced it on two occasions

It is EXTREMELY NOISY. It is surrounded by bars and clubs.

It was just manageable

the staff was courteous and friendly the rooms were secure the environment was clean

The price I got online was in the Nigerian currency (Naira) but the hotel provided us with bills in Euro and was far more expensive than what we found when we booked online. Again payment method was difficult as they could not accept VISA card with dollars The Taxi they arranged for us was expensive too

Hotel value was quoted in Naira on Booking.com, and the staff insisted that I should in CFA, Euro, Dollar, but not in Naira.

Excellent!

The staffs- front office, restaurant, and bar were so friendly. Enjoyed my stay at Bravia Eco Hotel.

It was satisfactory

I thought the breakfast and kitchen staff were amazing. Always friendly and attentive to your needs.

I felt my check in experience wasn't the best. They were condescending. As I went to make payment they asked me what are you offering payment for. I haven't even found your information yet. Now as true as this could be, I didn't expect to be treated like that. She simply could have just said oh hold on a moment I'm just finding your details in short it was rude. There no need to address me in that way. Other than that she was fine.
