Nestled in Torquay, this charming house for $286 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. A major reno completed Oct 2019, with New kitchen, wood floors, new couches, new Smart TV's. Short walk to beach and 3 min drive to main shops. Absolutely luxurious home, 4 bedrooms, 2 separate living rooms both with Smart TVs, one bedroom TV), 2 bathrooms, magnificent new kitchen with stone bench top, 8 seat dining setting. Sleeps 9 people. (1 queen, double beds in bedroom 2 and 3, 1 double bed and one single in 4th bedroom. 3 x Inverter Air Conditioners (heating and cooling), large selection of DVD’s, Garage with remote doors and direct access to the house. Gas Log Fire , Go ahead and indulge yourself. 3 separate outdoor sitting areas, BBQ, 8 seater outdoor setting plus 2 seater cafe setting, 2 outdoor lounges and hot/cold outdoor shower. 2 min walk to public tennis courts/playground Local Attractions Torquay is famous for its surf beach, but also has an expansive protected front beach which is ideal for families. The grassed foreshore reserve has picnic/BBQ facilities and shady trees. Torquay has many attractions beyond the beach, including Surfworld Museum, Tigermoth World, local wineries and of course, it is the gateway to The Great Ocean Linen & Schoolies Linen is not supplied. You will need to bring bed sheets, pillow cases and towels. Doonas and covers are provided. Not suitable for Pets. Sorry -- No Schoolies. For TV reception make sure the aerial booster is switched on - it is in the power point in the main bedroom behind the TV. Sometimes its turned off.

We spent a week in January at the property and could not have been happier. Perfect position, so much room, stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful outlook. Perfect for entertaining or family fun. Awesome sound surround entertainment room for teens while aduts can enjoy their own space in second living room. Huge garage. Spacious, clean and new kitchen with all the appliances you need. This is a home away from home and we would highly recommend staying here.

The home was very tidy, comfortable & mostly clean. The oven was the only thing that needed a thorough clean but everything else was perfect. The home was spacious, had board games for the kids, wifi for the teens & smart tvs were so useful to log into the streaming apps ie Netflix, Stan etc.

Ideal house for 2 families or like us 6 adults and 2 children. Location is great as it a short walk to the beach and short drive to Torquay Centre which is also walkable. Kitchen is well set out, modern and well equipped. Outdoor areas are quite compact but have outdoor settings and quirky reading nooks. Unfortunately, some beds were only double and the single beds were average in comfort. Entertainment equipment and broadband were excellent.

Such a Lovely house with plenty of room and nice landscaping in a quiet location. The host was prompt and courteous. Disappointed with the cleanliness of this property. Whilst floors, showers, and toilets were thoroughly cleaned, under, on, and behind furniture were dirty with lint, hair, and dust, with items from previous guests left to collect dust under the furniture. Double Bed & Single bed in the front room had broken slats (Semi repaired) and sunken mattresses. Dirty cooking utensils and kitchen drawers amongst other items required a thorough clean prior to use. The presentation of the outdoors wasn't great with dirt, debris, and cobwebs on outdoor furniture, windows, and clothesline, unusable but I attempted to clean regardless. Recommended to host a thorough cleaning which is required at least monthly at a minimum. Very disappointed given the property was booked at a premium cost some 12 months in advance and no compensation for the inconvenience was offered when I first communicated the issue and willingness to provide evidence/photos.

The property was great in every way and was even better than we expected. A short drive to beach and small shopping complex and a convenience store 3 minutes walk away. The property was very private.

Large family friendly house with all the modern amenities. Short walk to Whites Beach and Torquay Flying Fox Playground. Excellent, fully renovated kitchen that’s great to cook in. Host is super responsive.

A great weekend away

We were surprised to find the house to be bigger than it appeared in the photos. Such a nice property. Really enjoyed the recliners inbuilt in the cream couch. Only thing that would've made it 10/10 was one of the TVs has a dodgy remote and after 30mins trying to get Netflix via TV buttons we gave up. However would stay there again, just so nice and the owner easy with communication.

Had an awesome time at this property, nice and clean and in a good overall location with lots of space. Kitchen was nice and modern with all the necessary appliances. The open floor also allowed lots of natural light in too. Very happy with our stay :)

Lovely property with space for two families and only a stones throw away from the beach. Really good for kids with the sectionable off rooms and low amount of toddler hazards to manage. The bean bag was also a hit, Bonus! Only marked to 4 stars because we did find the cleaners had left behind some trash and dirty dishes in the dishwasher, yuck. But otherwise, we had a wonderful time and would book again.
