Exceptional

Best hotel I have been in Indonesia with 4 stars. The stuff is great and very friendly. Food in hotel is delicious! Very good for this money/value. For sure I will chose it again! 💚

The service was disappointing to say they had so few guests.

If you’re going to Senggigi as a tourist don’t bother with this hotel. They’re not geared up for it. The swimming pool only has 2 Sun loungers and hadn’t been cleaned for some time. It had rubbish floating in it. Also, when I did sit by the pool in my swimming costume I was pointed at and stared at by staff, which happened on 3 occasions. 🤷🏻‍♀️Also, half the menu wasn’t available and the only alcoholic drink you could purchase was beer.

Very good

Water pressure, hot shower very good Staff are willing to help but lack of training. Good taste breakfast

Lift did not work when we are checking in in the middle of the night and very tired after long drive. Need to walk until 6th floor. Luckily the front office Staff help with luggage.

A pleasant few days and close to a nice beach.

Breakfast was good and the location is fine, the staff were helpful and friendly.

There are NO refrigerators in the room. This means I could not keep milk for tea or coffee or any cold drinks.

Nice, if slightly old, hotel

The room is a good size and has all the things you'd need. The breakfast is good and the staff were friendly.

The location is off a busy highway so it's advisable to arrive with your own transport to facilitate getting around. Like Senggigi itself, it could do with a bit of a refurb.

Exceptional

Very close to the beach. Amazing staff which is very friendly and helpful, with a smile anytime. Great breakfast, lunch and dinner. AC very quiet.

Premier Senggigi

Staff were amazing, would do anything for you with hand written note from cleaning staff to towel art left on the bed. Location is a short walk to everything you need. Food in hotel was great with a wide selection to choose from, staff would call with a reminder to not miss breakfast. Not a resort but a well organised, professional hotel. A great stay.

Cleaning outside the room would start a little early in the morning. Noisey

Polite friendly helpful staff. Good location. Clean.

Breakfast wasnt good. Cold food and the indonesian selection wasnt as good as the stuff in the town. Toilet was too close to the door. Couldnt access the balcony.

Great hotel with friendly staff!

Really good hotel, felt really luxury as a backpacker. Good breakfast, a lot of Asian food, but also some western options. The staff were really friendly!

Swimming pool could be more private, next to the restaurant. And maybe a bit bigger.

Excellent place to stay. Nice hotel. People are all nice too.

Breakfast is with a good variety of food. The restaurant is airy and large. The steward and stewardess are all charming and helpful. The management people are always with the guest which is very exceptional n most hotels we had stayed in before.

The swimming pool is too near to the restaurant. A bit privacy issue.

Beautiful hotel 😍

A beautiful and clean hotel. The food was amazing. We had chicken satay and it was the best satay we have ever had. The staff were very attentive and we felt so relaxed here. A fantastic hotel and we would definitely recommend it to anyone. An added bonus, we could simply walk across the road and you're on the beach watching the sunset. Amazing.

10 star treatment

the staff were amazing, my husband gets up very early and Jay organised him a coffee every morning before the kitchen opened and on our last night they treated us to a delicious 4 course dinner.

if you book a room here, book include breakfast.

The breakfast was the first thing we liked, it was very good and full of variety. Second good thing about the hotel was hot & cold shower available and cold AC room, because after a long day outside, you just needed that.

- only got 1 room key, additional key will be charged 50.000 for guarantee - no change for cash payment, the reception had to run around looking for change, took 20-25 mins - those in front office should be staffs supervised, we only saw trainees, didn’t handle check in very well

My first hotel in Lombok

They provide water dispenser not far from your room which is cost efficient and environmentally friendly. The breakfast was a la carte with 3 options: American; Fried rice; and Soto ayam. We chose American with bread, butter, jam, fruits, juice, sausage, egg, french fries, milk, and coco crunch.

Not a complain, but to improve the service. Seems like they are not familiar with Booking.com, so it took a while to set our booking.
