This was perfect for our family reunion! The house was entirely set up for comfort with amenities to help ensure everyone’s needs were met. Great location. Just a short walk to the beach. A quick drive to Newport center. Couldn’t have been better!! I would definitely stay here again.

We are a group of 7 and stayed at this place to attend a wedding in Newport . The place is very clean , fully stocked and equipped with everything you need . It is very close to the beach and the center of the town . Generally the room are smaller than the pictures but at this place the rooms are bigger than the pictures ; which was a nice surprise . We had a great time and would love to come back in summer to enjoy the beach ,

We were so very comfortable staying in this great home for the wedding of our son. There was ample room to spread out and be together as a family at the same time. Having our family under one roof for the first time in years was special. The house was so comfortable. We were able to make breakfast in the morning of the wedding and still never felt on top of each other. Loved the color scheme and decor of the house. The back porch was an added bonus. Location to all things Newport were close and easy. Thank you hosts and property manager.

Good location in nice neighborhood near the water, reasonably priced, well-kept. We enjoyed gathering and chatting on the spacious back porch with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. Kitchen was well equipped and our caffeine crowd appreciated the pod coffeemaker - gave it quite a workout. The owner included a generous supply of coffee, too. Also generously supplied: toilet paper! A minor annoyance: Light bulbs were burned out in a few lamps, sconces and bedroom lights. Checking lights should be part of housekeeper duties. We rated it three stars only because several in our party were sleeplessly uncomfortable on worn-out mattresses and noisy, squeaky box springs. Before we left, we informed management, and the owner promptly replied with apologies, acknowledgement that bed upgrades are overdue and a vow to replace every bed ASAP. With decent beds in place, we would certainly consider staying again.

Great location, limited amenities and uncomfortable furniture

This was our second stay at this great home with an amazing location and plenty of room and a great porch to start and end the day!

We have been renting in Middletown now for 10 years. We absolutely love it there. We did not have any dogs to bring this year so we thought we would try a different house. Upon entering the cleaning crew was still there. Check in is 4:00 we got there and 4:20 they asked us if they could have at least 10 more minutes. We were very dissatisfied with their performance. I had to clean the entire house and wash every last ounce of bedding. I called the property manager and she was nice about things. She said it’s a busy time and she was sorry. She offered a mid week cleaning. I at first, accepted her offer but when it came down to it the following week she was supposed to get in touch with me as to when the cleaning crew would be coming back and she never did. I reached out to her and told her to forget about it. After finding the Keurig coffee maker broken I again reached out to her and she never responded. It was as if she completely dropped off the face of the earth. I’m not sure what happened there but we found it to be unacceptable. THE HOUSE.. it was great.. short walk to Eastons beach and a walkable neighborhood. Restaurants, ice cream, package store etc., are just a block or 2 away. It has a great little back deck with a little view of the water. Great outdoor shower with really good pressure. The house is small but has enough room for all. I would give the house 5 stars but with the issues we had with the property manager never getting back to us I just can’t. It’s really a shame.

Our property manager, Kim, was wonderful and went out of her way to address any needs that arose. The house is very spacious and fully equipped. The location was perfect, minutes away from Newport where the wedding was, and walkable to beaches, restaurants and convenience stores.

The entire process from start to finish was incredible. The place was in a perfect location for us and everything wr needed was there.

We had a family wedding and had 4 adult extended family members staying at the home. Communication with Cheryl was terrific and she was always available when needed. Check in to the house was easy and the home suited all of their needs. Would definitely stay again if Cheryl would have us.

When I first starting looking for a place to stay for my best friends wedding being held in Newport, I read the reviews for this house and found it hard to believe that all were sooo positive but after staying at 25 Crest Street, it’s hard to think of anything we didn’t like!! The location is amazing, a short drive or walk to anything…the house is clean, well stocked with essentials (towels, bed linens, coffee, laundry detergent, hand soap, beach chairs, grill, books and puzzles for the little ones, beach towels, etc) and it truly felt like we were at home even though we were away. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend this property to anyone looking. Thank you for hosting us this weekend. Your home will forever be in our memories and hopefully we’ll be back again! :)

We had an excellent girls weekend here. Much larger than the pictures and spotlessly clean. Great communication with the property manager. Extremely happy with the entire process.

The house in Middletown had four great bedrooms- also a futon but we were happy no one needed it. The location was walking distance to the beach, the start/finish of the marathon and was a quick drive to Newport.

My family had a great stay here! We loved that it was so close to the beach. There were a few kitchen cabinet fixtures that were loose, and the mattresses in the basement bedroom were on the soft side.

Spent a long weekend at Easton's point to celebrate a family member's birthday. The house was adorable, very clean and we had more than enough space for our party of six. The neighborhood was quite and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It was a great weekend. It will definitely be at the top of our list the next time we visit Newport.

Cute house and nice location to walk to the beach and visit Newport. Bedrooms were nice size but could use a bigger tv in living room.

My friends and I had a wonderful time in this house. It was spotless upon arrival and had plenty of room for our group of 5 adults. Home was well equipped for all of our needs. Hopefully, we can all get together at this perfect spot! Pam M
