Covered outdoor area on the upper level with large seating area and BBQ bar stools and ledge for your morning coffee overlooking the lake! Full linen provided - just bring your beach towels! Upper level: - Kitchen: modern fully equipped kitchen with large island bench and stools - Open plan Lounge Room with wall mounted TV - Open plan wrap around balcony from the lounge area with lake views and large sliding doors that open seamlessly from the lounge area - Separate WC/powder room - Double carport and boat parking Middle Level: - Bedroom 1: Queen bed, ceiling fan - Bedroom 2: Bunk beds plus a single bed, ceiling fan - Bedroom 3 Pavilion: Large room with Queen bed, Tri bunk, ceiling fans (external covered access) - Laundry with washer and dryer - Bar fridge for outdoor entertaining - Main Bathroom with large bath tub - Beautiful wooden deck overlooking the lake with double hammock, day bed and fire pit - Outdoor hot and cold shower Lower Level: - Bedroom 4 Pavilion: Large rumpus room with Double bed and bunk bed (access via outside garden stairs not covered) Outside: hot and cold water outdoor shower, beautiful deck overlooking the lake, day bed and fire pit (initial bag of firewood supplied during Winter months) Parking: carport and boat parking Bond: $1500 (Pre-Authorisation) | Strict NO Party/Function Policy | Strictly NO Pets | NO Smoking | Full Linen Provided - just bring your beach towels!. Smiths Lake For those wanting to enjoy still waters instead of the open ocean, Smiths Lake is the number one choice in the Pacific Palms area. Shrouded by a lush littoral forest and neatly separated from the sea by Sandbar Beach, this is a family favourite for those eager to enjoy a spot of water-skiing, boating, paddling or windsurfing (the open lake waters making for a windsurfer’s dream!). With an impressive catchment area spanning 32 square kilometres and waterways of 11 square kilometres you can enjoy all the benefits of this unique, tucked-away calm waterway. However, should you feel a pull for the waves, the picturesque Cellito Beach can be accessed via a boardwalk at the northern end of Sandbar Beach.

we, a group of 10 friends, were very satisfied with this stayz listing. the house was exactly as described, clean, had enough ammenities for everyone, and was perfect for what we were looking for. the wifi was reliable, there was enough seats for everyone, and comfy beds.

Lovely light filled living space with great view of the lake. Short drive to the surf beaches and local shops, and easy stroll down to the lake for the teenagers to go fishing in the kayaks.
Unfortunately, there is no wifi access included which, in 2021 seems a bit stingy for the prices we were paying. Not only did it bring much frustration for the children it also meant that we could not access any information on the bush fire situation that was occurring directly across the lake!!
There is also “Welcome” book to let you know about any shops/ bush walks/ local eateries etc in the area.
It did make for a lovely trip away despite the above.

Perfection lakeside
Was such a beautiful home , so many features to enjoy your stay amongst the multi level property. A view looking over the lake and the fresh air , you'll feel like your own private resort.
The whole process with picking up the keys and friendly team was second to none. Very impressed 10/10
