We had a great time! This was a wonderful home for a family to gather and visit. Love the double washer and dryer! Great amount of beds!

A perfect setting for 16 of us over Christmas! Weather was a little cool, but we still used the park, walking and bike trails (behind the back fence) nearly every day. Kitchen had pans, toaster, crock pot, fridge in garage, and other useful items. Some said the beds and pillows were less comfortable as they would have wished them to be. Open floor plan was beautiful!

We have an early Thanksgiving get together but we don't cook turkey so we call it our Fake Thanksgiving. There were a total of 20 family members and the house worked great for us. It was clean and with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms we had plenty of room. The host let me check in early which helped immensely. The home was well stocked with towels and linens and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would recommend this property and would stay here again. Thanks so much!!

We loved this home and will stay again. It was my husband and I, 6 other adults and 7 children. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. The kitchen had all that we needed to make a lot of great meals. The location was just want we wanted to be able to have fun outdoors hiking and going out to eat a few times. The owner is very nice to work with.

We got there and the place was very spacious for 14 to 16 people and had bedrooms for every couple etc... loved the pool and hot tub, pool was a bit chilly for October but Hot Tub was awesome! Quiet neighborhood and very clean! We really enjoyed out stay and the beds slept really good

We were in St George for a tennis tournament. Staying at your place was fabulous. We all had our own space for sleeping but had a gathering place in the kitchen and living area.

Johns home is very well equipped with everything you'll need during your trip. It is a very short (10 min) drive to Sand Hollow and 7 min to Downtown St. George. The home itself is very beautiful and in a very quite area. Many rooms for the whole family and plenty of bathrooms so no one was fighting over the toilet. The provided sporting equipment was a big plus for that extra fun. would recommend staying here any day. My whole family loved it

The property is a nice home. Second time we have stayed here. The first time, the house was fairly new. This time it was not as clean as before. Not sure cleaning company is as thorough as previous. Still a great place especially for our group of guys (all family) on our annual golf trip to St. George.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. I loved how many bedrooms and bathrooms there were - each family unit in our group had their own place to sleep and get ready. Love how close it to the park and anything you'd need to shop for. Appreciated the clear communication with the owner. My sister-in-law's father just happened to book the same house for their Christmas family gathering - after staying there with us she said she's looking forward to being there again.

We were very happy with our stay at this property. It suited our needs. My only suggestion would be to maybe replace the skillets. They appeared to be very “used”. John was very responsive when we had a brief issue with the refrigerator. We were able rectify the situation and he offered to send a repairman, but it was not needed. The house had plenty of room and beds.

The place was comfortable. The problems we had were that the beds were double and we are use to king and queens. I don’t feel like there was enough seating for when we were just hanging out. The house was not as clean as we would have liked it to be. There were not enough garbage bags for the amount of people we had.

The property was nice and in good condition overall and had lots of room. Only down side was not having the correct code and not being able to get ahold of the property manager for almost an hour trying to get into the property. It was clean over all but there was a pile of dirty laundry in the closet with the vacuums.

We took 15 teenage girls to explore St George and had a great time. The house was great. There was room for everyone. We never felt crowded. The kitchen had everything that we needed except for dish clothes and towels. They supplied paper towels and sponges that we used for all of the cleaning and it worked fine.

We had a sibling gathering with kids in tow, 18 people in total, and the house was great for us. Great open kitchen, dining, and living room for socializing and meals, well stocked with cooking tools and dishes, and a BBQ and dishwasher! Lots of private bedrooms, bathrooms, and a bunk room for the kids, pool table, TVs, etc. Great community pool and splash pad a short walk away, which were fantastic and well used. The house is obviously a popular spot, so it needed a deep clean prior to our stay, especially the floors, but it was a quick turn to accommodate us right after the previous users, so it's understandable, and all the tools were there for us to do a quick clean of key items we cared most about, so it was all good, and no doubt they would have come back and cleaned it in detail if we asked them to! It's a great spot and was a great stay and we will likely stay again!

Beautiful home. Plenty of space for everyone! The kids loved the bunk room and had fun being all together. The master bedroom & bathroom was a nice surprise. Very nice pool. Everyone had fun splashing and playing on a hot afternoon. The park and splash pad were a bit of a walk away from the house, even though they were just behind the house. Overall, we enjoyed the home, the pool, the park & splash pad. We would stay here again!

Our stay was great! It is not easy to find a place with 6 bedrooms for adults and a bunk room for grandkids so this place fit us great and the price was awesome! Thanks for making it kid/family friendly!! We so appreciated the quick responses from the host! These few minor suggestions would make it even better: Gate in the wall for easier entrance into the park/playground Bigger bottle (or the little one full) of dish soap New plastic table cloth….all 4 corners were torn or taped That said we will consider booking again ….it was that good!!
