The unit was old and the bathrooms was moldy. was too disgusted to even to take a shower. would never gone back theremol

Left a day early bc got frustrated with valet people.

Staff very rude and condescending. Valet park person was very dismissive and rude. Refused to give proper information. Registration process terrible bc staff is very rude.

My Hollywood Stay

It's proximity to the venue of my Conference, and to the beach

I got a mail alleging noise from my room when I was the only one, and did not even on the television set throughout. Then in one of the days there was an alarm in the entire building, I think, that was on for a reasonable moment and no explanation was given.

No frills dated apartment on the beach-bring your own beach chairs & cleaning supplies

Good location and nice beach. About 1.0 miles from the boardwalk. A lot of walkable restaurants &/or short ride. The door guys were fantastic and very nice. It is nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for a family of 4. Plenty of space but few comforts within the apartment. Beware that there is a $250 refundable security deposit. If you want a no frills basic apartment in a good area this is the place to rent. Nice ocean view from the balcony. Photos are accurate in listing.

No beach chairs or beach towels, no ceiling fans, 1 tv with only BASIC cable channels and you can't stream, sofa only holds max of 3 people- needs more furniture and lighting, only light in family room/living room is 1 ceiling light (I bought 6 light bulbs because it was so dark). No ice maker, no bake ware so can't use the oven. Furniture is basic. No cleaning supplies. No rugs. Microwave smelled awful. No heat. We were there for 7 days and we couldn't get the place warmer than 63 degrees over Christmas (coldest days in 30 years) and owners didn't do anything about it. Beware of the Noise Aware gadget plugged in. We got text from the owners that we were loud yet 2 out of 4 of us were out to dinner. The TV is so awful that you can't hear it unless its at max volume which I guess set off the noise gadget that is plugged in near dining room table. The owners could add a few basic amenities that would cost very little yet add a lot of comfort to this dated apartment especially for people who are flying in.

Excellent location!

Location is excellent, better than expected.

Property clearly in need of maintenance, and plenty of rules like a separate security deposit after booking, but if you pay attention to the description and the guest comments you know exactly what to expect. I was there for the location -- all else was as expected!

the master bathroom needs better cleaning . the shower walls looks like it has mildew. putting some throw rugs on the floor . overall I would book it again

Rude staff

Great beach, location felt very safe. Apartment was comfortable.

The lady at the front desk was very RUDE!!! Didn't give a list of rules at check in so my adult daughter came in the front door from the beach the front desk lady yelled at her.

DisAppointed

The location was great.

The staff was super unfriendly. They handed us our fobs and didn’t even tell us how to get to our room…just expected that us to know. The kitchen wasn’t very well equipped, no kitchen towels or dish clothes…no ac which we did receive a credit for…the toilet paper was horrible, extremely small tolls and very thin and not enough….we had to go and buy more. There were 2 rolls in each bathroom but since they were so small, they didn’t last . It wasn’t homey feeling, minimal decorations, very echo’y

please return the security deposit

the view not getting charged $250 security deposit for damages we did not make.

I didn’t like the fact that the property said there was a damaged bathroom cabinet almost 3 days after our departure. there was no damage when we left and the property managers are insistent that we did and will not refund the $250 security deposit. they provided no photos of the damage either. they sent a email that said it had a photo attached but there was no photo. I kindly ask that you get the property to refund the security deposit.

Super dated.

Location!

Pictures of the property and reality was super different. Room was very dated, old, no tv cables, only 3 dining chairs for family of 4, kitchen was very old, only 1 stove burner was working, cabinet were smelling old. Had to clean the room floor by hand because of dust and hair.. Usually i don't ever write reviews but i think this needed to be addressed.

The check out time was at 11am and we had a lady knocking on our door at 10:20am asking us to leave!! We told her we still had time but nevertheless she stood outside the apartment waiting for us leave the apartment

Disappointing

The Bathroom wasn’t clean when I went to take a shower there was hair already in there. The Water in the kitchen was smelling rusty when it was turned on. People should be told before they book that they have to pay for a fob to get into the building ! Telling us days before was unacceptable

Sian Condo review

The valet staff was very nice, and great to talk to while waiting for our car. While checking in the staff was nice and welcoming. Easy access to the beach and pool. It was nice having a bathroom on both sides of the condo.

Few minor things where not clean, parts of the floor and baseboards. Their was no cleaning supplies to clean with while we stayed so we purchased some. Also tried to vacuum the sand off the floors, but it did not work. We cleaned the deck with a bucket of water to clean up the sand and a bottle of sunscreen that exploded and got a complaint that we had a flood lol ... the management for the condo was very understanding one we explained. Their where no TVs in the bedrooms .. that was odd to me. really don’t have anything major to complain about just minor. There was one security guard that was irritating but other than that nothing negative on staff or the owner.

Perfect in every way

Great ocation, cleanliness, comfort. The apartment was beautifully set up and equipped. Would recommend it any day. The Host was very helpful from start to finish.
