me and my boyfriend loved everything about this property! Maria is so polite and it’s a stunning little lodge, so cosy and private with such a relaxing view from inside!
there was nothing we didn’t like! we had all clean everything, toiletries, towels, appliances. it’s perfect!

Perfect for us, 9 min drive to the University of Sussex where Pete was attending a symposium each day, a fabulous doggy park close by to walk to with puppy, great views from our private, quiet, lovely comfy and well-equipped little garden house (more like a studio) where puppy was safe to run about outside. Maria was very friendly and hospitable. Good options nearby for food to takeaway or eat out.
It didn't bother me but my husband, who is not so well didn't like so many steps to climb up to our holiday house at the top of the terraced house.

EVERYTHING…..
FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED UP THE WINDING STEPS TO THE HIDDEN LODGE IN NOTHING BUT GREENERY…… THEN ONCE I OPENED THE FRONT DOOR THE SPACIOUS INTERIOR & DECOR BLOW ME AWAY….

Maria is a great host, she’s reactive, smiley and kind and had prepared for us all the necessary products for us to spend a nice long WE.
The lodge is at 1min by foot of a bus stop that will bring you to the city center in 10min.
The area is nice with parcs for kids, and groceries stores.
Maria’s garden is perfect, we even got a small visiteur in the morning 🐿 and we could witness beautiful sunset on the valley.
I highly recommend and will probably be back myself!

Lovely little studio apartment style place to stay. Very private at the end of a very long garden. Garden itself was lovely too! It was a great place to have our dog with us. Would strongly recommend.

This is a hidden gem in Brighton. Very clean, comfortable and cozy. The view from the property is lovely and I would have stayed a bit longer had I known how wonderful a stay we were going to have. We will certainly be back. One item to note, there are many, many stairs in order to access the property, so not appropriate for any one with mobility issues. And next time we know to keep the luggage a bit lighter. Maria was a wonderful host, easy to contact.

The lodge was generally clean and tidy. The bathroom was excellent.
There was tea & coffee provided.
It was very hot. The listing stated a fan - there wasn’t one. But I did contact the host and someone delivered one. Booking.com please check the facilities listed … there was no washing machine but this was listed. The parking was difficult- we went out on Sunday and came back to a busy street - I had to park in a different road.

Everything!! Maria sure knows how to look after guests, from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and had everything we required to have a great stay... Will be back 😄

The location was gorgeous! Very clean and loved the decor! The host was really lovely and always answered messages very quickly. Spacious room and comfortable.
There was a slight problem with the Internet, it didn’t work for the last day and a half. However, not a massive issue, these things can happen!

Lovely location. Access for Brighton on the bus was brilliant. Clean and warm. Very responsive host with any questions.

Exceptionally clean. Kitchen and bathroom are high spec. The interior design is beautifully done. The lodge is very secluded despite being in a populated area. The surroundings and views are lovely. The heat had been put on prior to our arrival. It stayed very warm despite it being November without us needing to have the radiator on anymore. The bed is huge and really comfortable with a very cosy quilt. Parking was free on the street right outside the property. Absolute perfection.

Very Quiet, peacefull, clean and it has beautiful view in greenery, and Maria was really lovely lady. I really enjoyed staying there. I would recommend greenfield Lodge to everyone 😀

Perfect spot if you are looking to detach and have some quiet time.

Loved it. Everything was thought of and very secluded. Lovely host. My granddaughter loved it. We all did.
With my mobility problems the very steep garden and steps were tough. Especially the very deep sleeper steps at the top.
